Time is ticking
Making a decision
Who shall be the leader
A follower and a role model?
Here it goes
Walking with pride and courage
Man or woman
Anyone can be a chosen leader
It's not about how we could lead
But how we act for the team
To support and guide
A follower at most
Even with a lot of failures
We tried to accomplish
