No matter what Stan did to try to push his feeling away, it just kept coming back.  He'd even tried therapy at one point, only for it to backfire and the therapist tried to send him to the psych ward, with the price of his parents scolding him for being too overdramatic.  Just like everyday, he sat on his windowsill and stared at the neighborhood street.  His phone had stopped getting notifications from other people, and he started to wonder if he even existed anymore.  His chest felt empty and his head felt heavy.

Stan: It's almost Kenny's birthday.

He opened his phone.  The date was March 22nd.  It was Kenny's birthday.

Stan: How'd I forget today??  I have to tell him so that he doesn't feel left out.

Stan opened his messages, going into his conversation with Kenny.

Stan: Happy birthday man!

Kenny: Thanks

Stan: Do you want to hang out or something?

Kenny: No im busy

Stan: ok

Kenny didn't say anything else to him, and he sat there staring at his phone for a minute and waiting for a response from his friend, but there was nothing else.

Stan: Well.

He sighed, and then got onto the roof of the house and laid down, looking up at the stars.  Not even Wendy had texted him.  It had been a few days since anybody actually interacted with him besides his family, but he felt like he didn't have the time for them.

     {KYLE}

Kyle had been getting more jittery lately, Stan assumed it was because of lack of sleep because Kyle seemed like he'd been lacking in his hours.  He felt like he had gained an addiction to killing and eating the meat of his peers.  His mother knocked on his door suddenly, which made him flinch.

Mrs. Broflovski: Kyle? Can I come in?

Kyle: I- uhh- sure..

She walked in and sat next to him.

Mrs. Broflovski: I've been wanting to talk to you about something, honey.

He thought she found out about his "hobby" but her demeanor was still gentle, so he didn't think he'd get in trouble.

Kyle: What is it?

Mrs. Broflovski: Your father and I have been worried about you lately.  Are you okay?

Kyle: Yeah, I'm great! I've never been better.

Mrs. Broflovski: You know we're here for you if you ever need to talk to us about anything.  I promise you we will take your side no matter what happens. Alright?

Kyle nodded and smiled nervously.  His mom hugged him and walked out of his room, closing the door gently.  He stared at his ceiling, feeling frustrated he couldn't come up with an idea on who to attack next.
