Y/n: Let's get this over with.
(Y/n starts to walk towards the entrace of the building revealing a sign that he was blocking, on the sign it reads: Lucys Real Estate!")

(Y/n enters the building and looks around the empty building that looks like it has been abandoned for years. Y/n walks over to the front desk and starts smacking a bell that is sitting on the table)
Lucy: Stop that!
(Y/n looks to the side and sees a woman with white hair looking at him annoyed)

Lucy: What do you want, kid?
Y/n: To buy a house. Obviously.
(Lucy looks at Y/n with a dull expression before it quickly changes into one of excitement. She throws a coffee mug that she was holding onto a wall, startling Y/n)
Lucy: You wanna buy a house?! From me!?
Y/n: Y-Yeah?
(Lucy runs up to Y/n and starts shaking him)

(Y/n grabs the womans hands and moves away from her)
Lucy: Sorry, sorry!
(Y/n straightens his clothes while Lucy jumps around like a child)
Y/n: Anyway, I'm Y/n Noceda. So, you have any houses available.
Lucy: of course I have! What kind are you looking for? Big or small? In town or in the county side?
Y/n: I'd like to have one away from others.
Lucy: You got it! Let me go get some papers.
(She laughs and runs into a different room where Y/n can hear some items breaking and stuff getting thrown around. A few seconds later she comes out with a small stack of papers)
Lucy: Okay, I have some good news and some bad news.
Y/n: And they are?
Lucy: Good news are that I have some houses that are far away from any town just like you said.
