Part 21:Second Day at Magic Academy

I walked towards the Magic Academy with paper in my hands

I walked into the classroom and went to my desk while students were already flowing into the classroom

"Alright today you will be learning Fire magic aswell as some wind magic" I said as I raised my hand and a fire started on it and made a visible gust of air on my other hand

The students got excited

I grabbed the paper and led the classroom to the fire training ground, it was area that was burnt and had a mini volcano that was spilling lava in a small river in multiple directions

Just being in the arena you can feel how hot it is

I used fire magic and made a pretty big fire in a spot it was as big as a bonfire

"Ok we will see who use use fire magic, everyone get around the fire" I said

Everyone went around the fire, I told them the try and focus then try to move the fire

I walked around the students checking each one's progress

In the end around 2/6 of the students could use fire magic

"Ok for the students who can use fire magic write it down on the paper, then give it back to me" I said as the student got their papers

After a few minutes I got back to papers before I told the fire users to train here for a bit while the others to follow me

I told them to a small valley, there was a big draft of air constantly passing by

"Ok everyone try to control the wind!" I said in a yelling tone since the constant air draft was really loud

The students nodded as the slowly approached the direction of where the air draft was before trying to divert it anyway

'Since wind attacks is usually hard to just make suddenly this was the best option, as long as they don't try to move the wind against the air draft then if they can use it they should be able to' I thought

I waited a bit before I noticed a few students managing to drift small amounts of the air draft off-course, there seems to be only about 13% could use it which is very low compared to the water and fire users separately

'Are certain elements rarer than others?' I thought

About 40% of the students could use water, 33% could use fire, but now only about 13% could use wind which is a significant drop

I decided after this school day I will start to make a rarity chart for magic and do some tests to confirm my hypothesis

I told the wind users to write down their magic on the paper before we walked back and dropped by the fire user group to pick them up

After gathering the whole class back inside the classroom I told them they can go to their respective training spots and that they can teach the other members, basically the same thing as last time

After a bit more of lessons it was the end of the school day as I said bye to the students before leaving

When I got back to my office I placed the papers inside the desk drawer, I closed the drawer and was about to leave

When I looked up I noticed a short squid lady near the slightly cracked open door

😐

'I'm guessing that is Kallamia...' I thought before I walked towards the door

As I did the small squid lady seemed to freak out as she quickly retreated somewhere

'Huh???' I thought

I stood at the doorway confused and went towards the direction that the squid lady ran in, as I did I eventually ran into Lesha and Heket who were talking to the squid lady

I walked over, the squid lady noticed me and hid behind Lesha and Heket

"I'm guessing that is Kallamia?" I said

"Yes, this is our little sister Kallamia, she is kinda shy" said Lesha

I talked with the 2 for a few minutes, after a while Kallamia seemed to peeked on the side to look at me

I noticed her and waved at her, she shyly did it back before she hid behind Lesha again

"I will be heading back home now" I said as I said bye to the sisters

I left the mayor building and got back to my house, I placed a pile of papers on my work desk in my bedroom

I took a bath with water magic and quickly dried off with wind magic before I took off my robe

I hung it up as I opened a drawer and pulled out another robe, this one however was pajamas and was made of a softer material

Flashback

'Sleeping with this robe on is uncomfortable also sleeping without any clothes feels weird even with wool' I thought

I then had a idea, I went to my smithy and made a sewing needle

'Ok now I just need a material to knit with' I thought

I glanced around then looked at my wool

"..."

The next moment there was a small pile of black wool on a table

'Ok time to knit, idk how but I will learn it eventually' I thought as I started to knit

After many attempts I finally managed to learn enough in order to make a decent cloth, I wanted a blanket but decided to just mark it into pajamas

I made it into a robe so I can easily put it on like my normal robe

'After all that, Idk if it was even worth it but, hey I got a comfortable pajama robe to wear at home, yay' I thought

I put on the pajama robe on and jumped onto my bed in a swift motion

I put my arms behind my head as I stared off into space laying there

I slowly closed my eyes
