Moving in with the Griers (On Hold)

Chapter 16

*This is going to be a very short chapter and I am really sorry.*

After Hayes leaves my room I hop in the shower. After a 15 minute shower, I get dressed into a lace white crop top, a cream cardigan, and loose black shorts with daisies. I apply light mascara and lipgloss then leave my room. By now it is 5 o'clock. I grab my brown small crossbody purse. I walk downstairs. Sky comes from outside and asks me if I wanted to play horseie. Of course I said yes.

"Yeehaw!" Skylynn said. We played for a good 20 minutes.

Hayes walks in the room wearing a pair of kaki shorts and a T shirt.

"Ready to go?" He asks.

"Yes. Now can you tell me where we're going?" I say.

"Nope." He says popping the p. "It's a suprise."

"Pwease." I beg.

"You'll see when we get there." He tells me.

"Fine." I give up.

We hop in the backseat of Nash's car and Nash drives us somewhere. When we arrive I notice we are at the beach.

"Follow me." Hayes says.

I hold his hand and he walks me down the beach. In the distance I see lights. As we get closer I notice it is a picnic surrounded by candles. It is so romantic.

"Hayes, you didn't have to do this." I tell him.

"I know. The guys may have helped me a little bit." He replies with a huge smile.

"I love you." I tell him.

"I love you too." He says before giving me a quick kiss. "Let's eat."

After eating we take a short walk on the beach. Then Hayes pulls a box from his pocket.

"Madison I want you to have this." He tells me handing me the box. I open it up. Inside is a gold heart necklace.

"Hayes it's beautiful." I tell him. I kiss him.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Nash drives us home.
