"Holy shit." Crimson said.
"Yeah, guess it is pretty crazy." Red admitted.
"Well what do we do now?" Green said, looking at all of them.
Everyone fell silent in thought, and they all just sat there until Red's eyes suddenly lit up in realization.
"I know what we have to do!"
The others nodded at her to continue, so she did.
"We know that he's attacking stick city last, so what if we get there first? We go a day before and set up a base, in a building or something like that. When he strikes we'll have the advantage, and a place to retreat to."
"That sounds good and all but what will we do about the whole 'I'm way more powerful and I you're all actually fucked' kinda thing?"
"What if...what if I let him get in my head again?" Red said quietly.
"Red, no." SC said firmly.
"But what if I can control it? What if-"
"Red you've been hurt enough already, we can't risk it." Orange agreed.
"Okay first of all, I've had worse, second of all, if I'm being completely honest and with all due respect, I don't really give a fuck about what you guys say." Red said casually.
"Red-"
"No stop. This is one of the very few choices I have control of, and I'm going to choose. I love you guys...but I need to do this. I'll be okay, and if I don't come back fine, you can beat the shit out of me." Red said.
"...I'll get the drug stuff." SC said, sighing and walking out of the room.
Red looked up at him and smiled. "Thank you."
The others didn't protest anymore, and SC came back with a tablet and a cup of water for Red.
She downed the water with the tablet and Green said, "Now we wait."
A while later, Red's eyelids started to droop, and just before she dropped off, SC said in complete seriousness, "If you die I'm dragging your dumb ass back from hell."
Red said nothing and fell asleep, everything turning black. When she opened her eyes, she found that she was in a burning building. She covered her mouth and looked around for any sign of Cyberna, but she saw none. She walked over to a broken window and saw she was in a skyscraper. She could hear screaming and shouting, and saw many sticks rushing around in panic. In the distance, Red saw what seemed to be a lone black stick flying towards her, and she realized it was Cyberna. Red's pupils turned a smoky black and red as she stepped forward towards the window, locking eyes with Cyberna.
"Back so soon?" Cyberna called.
Red just stood watching him getting closer, not showing a single bit of fear. Cyberna threw a fireball towards her, but she dismissed it with just a swipe of her hand. She threw a blast of white flame towards him and it pushed Cyberna back a bit, which shocked him.
"You've gotten better, haven't you?"
"What have you done?" She asked, looking around the ruined city.
"This, my dear Red, is the future. This is what is to become stick city, and it's all your fault...unless you give in."
"I'm not doing that."
Cyberna didn't reply at first, but he flew inside the building and past Red, going to the stairwell and pulling up-
"Green!?" Red cried in horror as Cyberna yanked Green up by the scruff of her jacket. "What are you doing here!?"
"I-I don't know! One second I'm in the living room and the next I'm here! I-"
"I summoned her here." Cyberna said simply.
Red took a few angry steps towards him but stopped abruptly when Cyberna put a hand up to Green's throat.
"Take one more step and I'll snap her pretty little neck." Cyberna said in a menacing tone.
Green just stared at Red, not making a sound in pure fear of death.
"Why the hell did you bring Green into this?" Red asked.
"Let's just say it's some...motivation, if you will. Red, do what I say and I'll let Green go if not, I'll kill her?"
"Red don't do it!" Green said, struggling in Cyberna's grip.
Red just looked at her and mouthed, "I have to save you."
She then turned to Cyberna and grimaced as she agreed.
Cyberna grinned and threw Green to the ground, walking over to Red soon after.
"Jump out of the window." He said bluntly.
"What?" She said in disbelief.
"You heard me. Do it."
"Red don't please!" Green screamed.
"Shut up." Cyberna sneered, giving Green a cold expression.
Red breathed in and looked the long way down to the ground before turning back to Green.
"Say goodbye to the others for me, okay?" She whispered.
Green nodded tearfully.
"Please don't go."
Red's heart ached when Green said this, and when Cyberna turned to shut Green up, Red quickly winked at Green, which she luckily saw. She walked over to the window, took a deep breath, and jumped off.
She was falling, and fast. Red clenched her fists and came to a sudden stop mid-air, and she set herself down on the ground, ignoring the panicking sticks that were running around. She flew back up to the floor she had just fell from, being careful to stay out of site of Cyberna.
"Now, what shall we do with you Green?" Cyberna chuckled, turning back to Green who was shaking, still on the floor.
Green glared at Cyberna, and he put his hand out facing her, causing Green to be forced up against a wall.
"Let. Me. Go." She groaned, letting out strained little breaths as her whole body tensed.
As Cyberna got closer to Green, the agony became more immense, and Green writhed in pain.
"You aren't going to win, you know that?" Cyberna said, looking her dead in the eyes. "Your team is weak, Red is dead and I, will prevail."
"You sure about that?" A voice said behind him.
