The clones could only watch in amazement as the young man calmed down, brandishing his double lightsaber while deflecting hundreds of shots, for at least the five seconds the droid blasters hit his cover. Roy was the only one really exposed, drawing as much attention as possible so the rest of the troops could return fire. This was not going to be a pleasant fight.

Anya who saw Roy could be confused by his movements, even a great Jedi master could have a hard time trying to figure out what style the young Padawan used, and the reason was because he didn't use any in particular.

His movements were precise, to the point of being able to say the blasters without making any necessary moves, like a master of Soresu. Still, they were somewhat different. The young man showed great strength and rigidity in his movements, it could even be said that his body was in a constant state of tension, very different from what the soldiers of the 212th were used to seeing in General Kenobi of him. What the clones could not detect were the negative emotions that were running through the Padawan's mind, which did not come to the fore, hidden by his serious and unappreciative face... As if he did not feel any kind of emotion in the battle. It seemed like he was...dead.

Some members of the Jedi council can detect small glimpses of the VII combat form, the Juyo, although these were very subtle. Even Master Mace Windo had seen with concern some reflections of the Vaapad in the young man's movements. Luckily, no one from the council was watching, and his aptitude for the use of force was scarce, so no council member paid him any attention during his stay at the academy. Except Master Yoda.

Even so Roy, despite his young age, used the double saber as an expert, something that he hid even from his own teachers in the temple. He knew of his tendency to be aggressive and bellicose, and there were already countless reprimands he had received for accidentally harming one of his classmates during practice. Without a doubt, that boy kept too many mysteries.

But that didn't seem to matter now, because after a minute of combat had passed, the commanders were able to react and begin issuing instructions. At first he was so worried about Roy that he couldn't do anything but think about how to get him out of that situation, but seeing that the Padawan could manage on his own, he decided to act in his favor to provide him with all possible support. .

Commander: - Hammer! Operation chisel! Already! -

Hammer: - Yes sir! You! With me! -

There he was. The strategy they had used so many times. Roy could see out of the corner of his eye as Hammer's group retreated to the left, and he knew he just had to hold out a little longer until the captain was in the designated position. And luckily for him...

Cody: - 212! !Fire on the enemy vanguard! -

The immediate response from the clones was a relief for the young man, who was already beginning to feel the effects of muscle fatigue. After the clones acted, the droids distributed their shots, making the pressure on Roy lessen, for which the young man was deeply grateful. Still he couldn't relax, the enemy was losing dozens of droids, but there were miles to go.

Roy's double saber spun in all directions in an admirable choreography. The blasters ricocheted off their glowing blades in all directions, always careful to protect the clones behind him as he tried to take down a few droids. But given his situation, he should prioritize protecting over countering.

Then a column of shots surprised the enemies from one of the flanks, and just for a while. Hammer had arrived, leading his boys as he fired his Z-6 rotary cannon. His boys made an impressive entrance, and caught the enemy ranks in the middle of the formation off guard, and at the same time, cut off reinforcements for the front troops.
