Lying Isn't Really a Hobby of Mine

"Okay.." Dean sat up straight. "Walk me through what's all going to happen." I pulled out my badge. "Sam will introduce all of us, and we hold up our badges?" Sam nodded from the shotgun. "Then we'll ask questions like 'did you notice anything weird when Anna died?' And so forth?" Dean grinned. "Leave most of it to us, and watch our every move, but you have to input too." I was nervous. "Can I just interrogate the cat? I'm much better dealing with cats." They both sighed. "You got this Castiel." Sam looked back toward me and smiled. That helped me a little bit.

The house we arrived at was fairly new, or it had been fixed up properly. The front porch was painted white, and the rest of the house light blue. There were lots of tiny flower pots around the door. I saw a bee in one flower, and I followed it's path from plant to plant with my eyes. Then the door opened. I didn't recall either of the boys knocking. The lady who opened the door had dirty-blonde hair and sharp brown eyes. She had a green shirt on and a pair of skinny jeans. " Taylor residence?" The lady looked at me, probably confused unto why I was wearing a trench coat instead of a fancy suit like the other two. "Yeah, who wants to know?" We all held up our badges. "FBI. I'm agent Speight, and this is agent Collins and agent Ackles." We all grinned. "We are here to talk about your sister's case." She sighed. "Come in."

The inside of her house was just as perky as the outside. I could tell all of the pastel colors were making Dean feel anxious. She told us to sit down in her living room, which was mostly light purple with the occasional white seem or mahogany picture frame. I sat next to Dean, hoping my presence would ease his temptation to sing AC/DC in a house where that was probably not welcome. The woman, we now know as Victoria, came back to greet us with cups of lemonade and Girl Scout cookies. We all grabbed a few (handfuls) as soon as Victoria set her plate down. "Sorry," Dean stuffed a cookie in his mouth. "Who can resist a Samoa or two?" She grinned. "It's fine. What do you want to know.. And why now?"

Sam paused. "We're just here to make sure everything is sound with the case. So, Anna died in the haunted house over on the other street?"

"That's right."

"Why would she kill herself there? Did she show any signs of depression beforehand?" Dean put one of his hands on my back for a brief second.

"No, she was very open and overly very happy."

Now it was Dean's turn. "Do.. Or did.. You know anyone that would want to hurt her?"

"Hey, it was a suicide."

I chimed in. " just looking at all the possibilities m'am"

She sighed. "There was this group of kids, they liked to antagonize her a lot. But that's all, just pointless name-calling and such. That's why we thought suicide." Dean leaned in closer to me. He put his mouth close to my ear. "Vengeful spirit, no doubt." I tried to keep a straight face when I nodded at him. His breath smelled like the cookies. "What were the named of the kids who messed with Anna?"

"Well there was Thomas Clover, the one who got dragged along, Rebecca Baker, the bitch, and Matthew Jordan, the head douche. There may have been more but I don't think so." We all took a mental note of that. "Where was your sister buried?" Victoria shook her head. "We cremated her." I leaned over to Dean's ear and whined "what do we do now?" He smiled at me. He mouthed the words " don't worry" and turned his head back to Ms. Taylor. "Do you have anything that belonged to your sister? Like a piece of baby hair or a necklace?" She nodded. "A ring that she always wore.. Why?" None of us wanted to tell her about the ghost. Sam pushed the hair out of his face. " can we see it, for evidence?" She got up and found the ring. " please give it back," she pleaded. " it's the only thing I have left if her."

"Thank you for your time." Sam stood up and shook her hand. Dean and I followed. "We will call you if we need anything else." I added right before I closed the door. When we got to the car I freaked out. "THAT WAS SO COOL! Did you see what I did at the end?! Haha!" Dean smiled. "Happy you're excited." Sam handed me his laptop. "Put that energy to good use and see if those douche bags survived or reproduced?" I nodded and practically snatched the computer out from his hands.

Once we got back to the hotel, we knew that all of them had died, but all had children and all of them were stupid enough to go into the house where their parents tortured Anna. That's right. Tortured. Poor soul. If I was her I wouldn't have just blinded the person who raped me.. But she got the wrong people, and now she's attacking all the douche kids who enter the house.
Sam took the ring and threw it into the fireplace. " Sorry Victoria." Now, there were no more remains of Anna. There was no way she could still be alive, but Dean insisted on staying one more day.
