In the Nation of Athlina, where the ocean and mountains meet, is a Royal Family who tyrant over the once free land.

The people only live to serve the Nation's rulers, and anyone who is to disobey their ruling will be executed for their crimes.

Among the wealthy and powerful rulers of Athlina was their only daughter (Y/N).

Set to follow in their footsteps, (Y/N) was forced into becoming another tyrant. But she kept sympathy for her people and hoped that the day she'd become queen, she'll put an end to her kingdom's misery.

Further into the Genlati forest, at the edge of the mountains, stood a hidden Kingdom known as Sirix.

Known for being between the Light and Fire Nations, Sirix's existence is proof of how advanced their magic is.

The Kingdom of the Forest rulers were known for being generous to any refugees whom have escaped their cruel Nations.

One of Sirix best alchemists, Rui, was sent by the Royal family to investigate recent rumors concerning the Kingdom of Athlina.

Everyone in Sirix knew how cruel Athlina's rulers were, that's due to most of the refugees being from Athlina.

The great Rui walked the busy streets of Sirix, the clouds and tall trees casting a large shadow over the Kingdom.

As he heard the many whispers, some in different languages, Rui kept his eyes and ears on alert for any information that might be of use for his mission.

At the center of Sirix, a hooded figure moved rather stealthy, using the shadows to go unnoticed by all, except Rui was cunning enough to notice.

They grabbed the figure and pinned them against the wall of a nearby alley. Rui pulled down the figures hood and was face to face with a (H/C) haired woman.

"And who might you be?" With a smirk on his lips, Rui questioned the woman.

"A refugee. I thought Sirixian's were supposed to be welcoming, this certainly is quite a welcome." The female let out a little laugh.

Rui moved away from the wall, giving the woman some space. "It's not everyday someone is skilled in the arts of Stealth, so I took necessary precautions~."

"Ha ha, very fun of you." The woman sarcastically spoke as she pulled her hood back on.

"Why so intent on keeping yourself mysterious? You're not a runaway criminal, are you~?"

The girl snapped back, "I come running from Athlina, and stop with your flirty behavior!"

Rui merely chuckled in amusement, "Well then, you'll be of use to me! Let's go!"

Grabbing the girl's hand, Rui ran off with a stranger who he'd only known for a few minutes.
