*bell rings*

I made it just in time.

"You were nearly late Ms. (L/N). Go take a seat, class is starting."

I couldn't really care less what the teacher said to me, as long as my parents don't find out about this incident, I should be fine.

I took a seat where I sat yesterday. Mizuki's seat was empty.

Mizuki didn't come to school today...who am I going to -do everything but pay attention to the lessons- with?

A sigh escaped my lips and I turned my attention to what was outside the window. The trees swayed with the wind, some people were running late. Outside, everything looked peaceful.

Well, I'm late again but at least (Y/N) isn't. It can't be helped I guess. Entering the classroom, everyone was talking very loudly about non-concern issues. The teacher wasn't even here.

I can't be late when the teacher is even more late.

I took a seat in my usual spot and waited for class to start.

"Have you seen the new girl?"

"You mean the new first year?"

Everything is so boringgggg! I missed Mizukiiiiiii!

I was currently making my way to my second class when I decided to check my phone.

'My phone doesn't want to turn on...oh wait...It's dead...'

This was just my luck...

Now I can't even use my phone. Why must things like this happen to me??!?!?

I let out a long sigh. Everything was going to be super boring now.

I entered my next class when a girl bumped into me.

"I'm so sorry! I was distracted!" The girl said while bowing in apology.

"It's alright, you're not hurt are you?" I asked. The girl stopped bowing and looked at me. "No, I'm fine. Thanks for asking!"

I looked at the girls features. She had black hair with blue tips. She wore the same uniform as me, but that was to be expected. Her golden eyes looked at me.
