Never defy the king's rules:
Never trespass the territory's beyond the lines will bring instant death.
Sunoo stares out his bedroom window, the moonlight casting light for him to see the dark forest. The young prince of the vampires has never left the walls of the castle. He's spent two hundred years in this boring place, never ceasing the curiosity he has for the world. On the other hand, his parents too frightened to have the world steal their son away. Though the boy understands the dangers, he always imagines what the outside world was like. Everyone tells him it's dangerous, werewolves will kill them. Werewolves are meant to kill vampires. When he was just a six year old, he'd be scared to even look out the window, but now that he's grown to a mature age, he questions everything about his life. Is it right to be kept hidden away from the world?
"Sunoo." The called boy turns and meets his older brother's gaze. They're cold and sharp, any look of someone else would instantly be affected by his powerful eyes. That's why he wear glasses when around non-royal blooded, the only way to prevent the magic from happening. The deathly swirls of silver that glows in the older's eyes makes Sunoo shudder.
"Yes, brother?" He softly replies.
"You shouldn't let your mind wander so easily. Your vulnerability lies in your thoughts if you ever so think about it again." His eyes sharpen as a threat.
"Yes, Hangyeol." He answers, nodding before pulling away from the window. As he approaches his brother, he feels a presences behind him. No one other than Sangmin, the youngest prince.
"Let's go hunt!" The youngest cheers excitedly. The two older boys nod and begin to walk until a bright light emits though the thick forest in the midst of night. Such blinding light, the three brothers protect their eyes, taken by surprise. Once it fades, Sunoo blinks wearily before turning to meet his brother's gaze, but he's disappeared. He turns around and still sees Sangmin.
"Sangmin, go to mother. It's not safe if the light is that close..." The youngest nods before hugging and leaving the room.
What was that light?
Sunoo must investigate. But the rules restrict him. Perhaps the guards will all be too distracted to even notice his escape. Sunoo is the fast, but not as fast as Sangmin.

Sunoo quickly runs through the woods, trying to find the ported magic poles to prevent anyone from leaving. It only recognizes vampiric powers once passed through. Sunoo's come in hand with suppressant powder. This helps suppress his powers for a while, nearly as a human. His physical abilities still remain which isn't a problem.
This is his only chance to escape, to finally travel the discover the world. He believes it's time for him to step up and initiate his own actions.
He reaches into his bag that he's prepared with him and pulls out a stash of the suppressant powder that he stole from the castle's infirmary. He wafts it in the air and bites his tongue, hopefully the powder is true to its functions. He sucks in a breath and takes a step past the poles.
"Yes!" He cheers, jumping in victory. The powder worked! Now he can go and explore the world. Hopefully his parents and siblings won't chase after him. His posted body guards left on a hunt. Everything was perfect for this moment!
Sunoo takes another step to walk through the forest when a surge of pain spreads his entire body, electrocuting his body. He collapses on the ground, taking painful breaths. Before he could muster up any thoughts, his vision becomes dark, easing into unconsciousness.

"What is he?" Sunoo stirs, his head feeling like it's full of cotton while his body is slightly sore.
