"Guys! You know I don't eat meat!" Seungkwan cries.
"But you'll eat whatever Junhui or Mingyu cooks?" Jeonghan huffs, trying to shove a piece of their hunts into the unicorn's mouth.
"Unicorns don't eat meat?" Sunoo watches them battle for entertainment. Next to him, Taehyung is eating the savings from their friends. The older shakes his head.
"He feels bad for eating meat. Also, I heard it's bad for golden blooded unicorns to eat meat. A type of superstition I suppose." The phoenix shrugs, chomping away. Both gold and silver blooded unicorns are extremely rare these days, another reason why Seokjin and Seungkwan are part of the teams.
Behind them, they can hear a ruckus and fussing over the injured men. Sunoo wonders if being noisy and loud is a common thing among these friends... or when people just get together in general.
"HaoHao! You need to stop this habit!" Junhui cries hitting the devil's chest. The devil couldn't care less, too happy to see his mate awake and well. The older is bandaged up in a decent matter, so it's safe to assume that they can scold each other in an 'appropriate' manner. It's unfortunate that the healers haven't fully regained their strengths, only the wounds remain, but the internal and external bleeding has stopped.
"Sometimes I'm glad I can enchant things into items as well..." Heeseung looks at the piles of bandages he accidentally made from enchanting one tree.
Unable to handle the cries and the sight of the bickering couple, Hueningkai pushes Junhui who lands on the devil's chest and the three teleport away, only the demigod returning.
"I only took them somewhere around this mini jungle. Nothing should kill then." The tall boy explains himself.
"Way to go." Chan high-fives the demigod.
"What if there's lingering royal guards?" Soobin crosses his arms, glaring at Hueningkai. The demigod sighs and teleports away, returning with them. "Not saying that they're incapable of handling themselves, but we can't risk anymore injuries and exertion."
"Go sleep. Now." Seungcheol glares at the couple. "We have a couple weeks left. Get our strengths back and do our best to be prepared." Everyone agrees, getting ready to sleep.
"Don't mind me when I rage if the sun rises in a couple hours." Jihoon claims before softly snoozing.
Yoongi sighs and sets Jimin's body to rest. It's a tough night and the divine being has the biggest weakness to blood curses. His mate snoozes calmly, interpreted as a good sign.
"How's Namjoon and Seokjin?" Yoongi watches Jungkook and Hoseok patching the couple up. A messy work is obviously shown, leaving the devil unimpressed.
"Let us take it from here." Joshua and Jungwon appear and snatch the bandages from the two Resilience members.
"You don't understand how many times they have to heal... I would expect them to have a built stamina for it at this point..." Jay says while some are observing with him.
"It's not their fault you guys always get injured." Jake points out.
"Hey, the training is worth it." The faes ignore the bickering
"Guys, I think we need to actually find a safe place to stay. We can't bear to risk encountering more vampires." Soobin says and everyone agrees.
"We should settle this out in the next day," Niki yawns. "I'm pretty tired." As contagious as the coronavirus, yawns are exchanged all around, some already sleeping soundly.
"You're right, after healing those two, make sure to get lots of rest." The oldest gives his departure to return to his lover.
"Take it easy, you don't need to heal us fully." Seokjin weakly mutters, looking up at Jungwon. The fae smiles and shakes his head.
