The Wedding

''Bring the flowers out to the wedding tent. Put the lilies up on the dais, and lay the rose petals at the entrance'', ''Isabelle, Rebecca. Which color do you like better?'' a shadowhunter asks walking towards us. ''It's for the curtains adorning the wedding tent''. ''The cobalt blue'' we say at the same time. ''It's elegant, masuline, very Jace and Alec'' Izzy adds. ''exactly'' I say. ''I'll put the cobalt blue out right away'', ''How are we supposed to get any work done with all this going on?'' Jace asks. ''We haven't had a wedding here in years. People are allowed to be excited. It's you guys wedding'', ''I know, I am but we also need to focus'' he says back. ''Have you narrowed down the list of warlocks more powerfull than Magnus Bane?'' Jace asks Izzy. ''I've got it down to 20. But it's gonna be hard to figure out which one cast that spell on Jocelyn'', ''I don't care how tough it is, we've gotta find him. Back at Renwicks, I let Valentine go. I won't make that mistake again'' Jace says ''We gotta wake up Jocelyn, in case she heard anything about his plan'', ''Have you spoken to Alec?'' Izzy asks. We both knew even when we talked Jace and Alec were not okay. Not yet. ''He's probably busy with wedding plan and all. And I don't need to talk to anyone'' Jace says back. ''As should you baby'' I say ''It's your also'', ''Let's just stick for now to the mission, okay?'' he says looking at me and Izzy. ''Okay'' I say. ''You still look hot'' he says hugging me and giving me a peck before walking away. 

Luke was walking out of the medbay when I see him. ''Luke, wait'' I say. ''Did you get your invite?'' I ask. ''Yeah I did, and I will be there'', ''I hope so because I wanted to ask you something'' I say. ''Would you walk me down the isle?'' I ask ''You took the role of a dad to me even when I wasn't yours. You where there for me. So would you do me the honour?'', ''Yes, I'm honoured. Very honoured'' he says hugging me. ''Thank you for everything Luke'' I say hugging him again tightly. 

Magnus, Clary, Jace and I are in the opp centre and begin our mission prep. ''Morning'' Clary says walking to us. ''Morning'' Clary says. ''Morning, you just come from training?'' Jace asks. ''Yeah, uh, I'm, uh, working on my right hook'' Clary tells. ''Good. That's a good punch'' Jace says while glaring at me because I had to held in a laugh because of the awkwardsness. ''Yeah, I'm, uh, working on it'' she says back. ''While this conversation is no doubt scintillating , remind me why we couldn't do this at my place?'' Magnus asks. ''At least there we'd have cocktails''. ''It's nine am in the morning'' Clary says. ''Oh, it's happy hour somewhere, my dear'' he says back. ''We invited you here, Magnus, because Hodge can't leave the institute. He's an important part of this mission'' Jace explains. ''well, then, where is our tardy little tutor?'' Magnus asks ''there are certain individuals that I'd like to avoid, so let's make it quick''. Magnus was angry about Alec that even when he was forced to track me and Jace what made me get hurt he still did it and went along. This was also the thing Jace was bumping into with Alec. ''Pardon the delay, Magnus. I was following up on a lead'' Hodge says walking in. ''Now, we've narrowed down our list of warlocks to these three'' he says and pulls up the pictures as Izzy joins us also. ''Why is Ragnor Fell up there? He's not more powerful than I am'' Magnus says feeling slightly offended. ''Well some would disagree. He is older than you'' Hodge tells him. ''Certainly not wiser'' my friend says. ''Who is Ragnor Fell?'', ''The former high warlock of London'' Jace answers Clary's question. ''And one of my oldest friends'''Magnus adds ''Very prickly likes to keep to himself''. ''Okay look. We just need to figure out which one of these warlocks had enough access to Jocelyn that they could create the potion for her without anyone discovering what they'd done'', ''By the early 90s Ragnor was proffesor at the Shadowhunter Academy in Idris'', ''Isn't that when my mother lived there?'' Clary asks. ''Could he have made the potion?''. ''The little bugger!'' Magnus exclaims. ''That's why he hasn't responded to my fire message. Ever since Valentine began hunting warlocks, Ragnor's been holed up in his secret country house just outside of London. For all I know, Ragnor suspected my fire message was a ploy by Valentine to lure him out of hiding. We'll have to confront him face-to-face'' Magnus says. ''You're going on this mission?'' Hodge asks. ''Of course! I'm the only one Ragnor trusts. Besides, I've played my last hand here. Even I know when to fold. ''Magnus, I didn't know you were here'' Lydia says walking up with Alec. ''That was the point'' Magnus says. Oh did I forget, he doesn't like Lydia that much. ''We're just on our way to greet a few representatives of the Clave who arrived early for tomorrows wedding. How long are you staying?'' she asks. ''What's going on here? Nobody told me anything about a meeting'' Alec says. ''Magnus figured out that Ragnor Fell is the warlock who can wake my mom'', ''We're just bringing him back to the institute'' I say. ''You're not going, you need the dress to be fitted'' Izzy says. ''How can I help?'' Alec asks. ''We're just recovering a warlock, Alec. We this covered'' Jace says. ''Besides, you have emissaries from the Clave to meet before the wedding to cupcake over there. You don't want to tarnish the Lightwood name more'' Magnus says. ''Again lovely seeing you, Magnus'' Lydia says and walks away with Alec. ''Get ready we leave in a hour'' Jace says and walks away. Izzy grabs my arm and draggs me to her room where I would get the dress fitted.
