Alec and I were sitting in the medbay as Robert and Izzy are with us. Alec was being healed by Robert. ''Don't squirm'' Robert says. ''I'm not. It doesn't even hurt'' Alec says while his phone rings. Alec takes it out of his pocket. Jace was calling. ''No talking just healing'' Izzy says to the both of us. She pciks up the phone and listens to Jace. ''Alec, I need you'' he says. ''It's Izzy'', ''We need you'' Izzy says interupting him. ''There's been an attack at the institute'', ''An attack?'' Jace asks. ''Valentine created a Forsaken that went through the wards'', ''That's not possible, Izzy. Nothing can get through the wards. They're warlock spells to defend against all downworlders'', ''Not this one. It had Seelie blood with angel properties. Jace it went after Hodge, Becca and Alec'', ''Are they okay? Are they-'' he asks immediatly worried about them. ''They're banged up, but they'll live. Hodge killed it. It was after the-'', ''the cup'' Clary says. ''Izzy, I'll be there a soon as I can'' he says and begins to walk to the institute. 

Magnus was still in the institute and was putting the wards up and this time stronger. ''Are the wards solid now? Nothing wil get through?'' Robert asks. ''Even my magic has limits. The wards won't hold off that forsaken attack. But my protectioins will slow them down'' Magnus says. ''Extra time is priceless'' Robert says. ''No. Say that after you get my bill'', ''Lydia will take care of that'' Robert says walking away. ''A forsaken wound often needs a little warlock TLC. May I? Uh, free of charge for you guys'' Magnus offers. ''It's okay. We're okay'' I say with a hoarse voice.  ''We're fine'' Alec says. ''If anything were to happen to you-'' Magnus says looking at me. ''Magnus. We-'', ''Need to go? Of course. You guys are mostly busy'' Magnus says smiling ''And I should find this Lydia person. Payent upfront is just smart business. Where might I find her?'', ''I haven't seen her. But if we do we'll send her your way'' I say. 

Meliorn was walking in. Izzys seelie friend. ''Meliorn. What are you doing here?'' Izzy asks. ''The Clave called em in for some kind of conference'' he explains and Izzy hugs him. ''I'm so happy to see you'', ''Spare me. Your fire message clearly stated you never wanted to see me again'' he says back. ''My family-'', ''despises downworlders? That's common knowledge'' ''That's not true. And even if it were, I'm not like that'', ''I'm not here to talk about us'' he says. ''I believe that's your clave envoy'' he says seeing Lydia. ''Isabelle please step aside. Meliorn, the clave has ordered that you be placed under arrest'', ''What?'', ''What for?'' Izzy asks ''Soliciting state secrets from a Shadowhunter on behalf of Valentine Morgenstern. Guards'' Lydia says as they take away Meliorn. ''Have you lost your mind?'' Izzy says. ''Me? You're lucky you weren't arrested along with him'', ''What are you talking about?'' Izzy asks as we walk with Lydia. ''It's our understanding that your long-standing relationship with the seelie, Meliorn, may be have led to the disclosure of state secrets'', ''What? No!'' Izzy says. ''Meliorn told me how to get into the Hotel DuMort so that we could save a mundane'' Izzy says. Ánd you told him nothing in return?'' Lydia asks. ''Nobody is blaming you for the attack. Meliorn and the seelies were likely working with Valentine all along'', ''Valentine has been murdering Downworlders and draining their bodies for months. He probably killed those Seelie scouts and used their blood-'', ''Do you have proof?'' Lydia asks. ''Do you?'', ''I have orders. That's all. I never wanted any of this'', ''I don't believe you for a second'' Izzy says walking away from her. I look at Lydia and back to Izzy. I began to search Alec. Izzy was ranting to him about Lydia. Alec was hittin the punching bag. ''Alec, baby you're gonna hurt yourself'' I say. ''I'm fine Becca'' he says regretting  it immeditly snapping at me. ''Hey, you guys all right?'' Jace asks walking in. ''I'm fine'' Alec says. ''me to'' I say hoarsley. ''I just spoke to Robert and Maryse. They're being send back to Idris'', ''What?'', ''yeah'', ''Another order from Lydia?'' Izzy asks Alec. ''Who's Lydia?'' Jace asks. ''She's in charge of the institute. And my cousin'' I say. ''She's what?'', ''Temporarily'' Alec says. ''And now she's convinced the clave that mom and dad aren't doing their job?'', ''Well, maybe they aren't'' Alec says back. ''The institute was under their control when the Forsaken got in'', ''What are you talking about?'' Jace asks. ''Mom and dad were members of the circle'', ''What? They dont have their Circle runes'' Izzy says shocked like Jace. ''That's because they made a deal with the clave prior to the uprising. In exchange of their cooperation, they were pardoned''. ''You're questioning their loyalty?'' Izzy asks. ''Valentine is back. The circle is rising. They're under suspicion'', ''No way. Robert and Maryse took me in. They raised me as one of ther own. I know what kind of people they are'', ''Are you sure? They lied to us. For years they've been telling us how to act. That we have to uphold the Lightwood name. Well, they're the ones who tarnished it. They're hypocrites'' he says. ''They're still your parents, babe'' I say. ''You must be Jace Wayland.  Lydia Branwell. You're quiet the legend back in Idris'', ''Don't believe everything you hear'' Jace says back. ''On a other note'' I say looking at the boys. ''You wanne tell them?'' Jace asks. I nod ''they should know about it'' I say. ''We are getting married'' Alec says getting a bit out of his mood. ''Really? Om my god that's amazing'' Izzy says. ''Congratulations, cousin'' Lydia says smiling to me. ''Ow I get a sister. Finally'' Izzy says hugging me and the guys.
