I was tired. really tired and fell asleep in my mates arms. Magnus told us we could stay tonight and could sleep in the other guestroom. Alec and Jace were still with me, I didn't want them to leave me. ''I know where the cup is'' Clary says walking or more like barging in. ''The tarrot cards. She must have painted them years ago. She must have hid the Mortal Cup inside the Ace of Cups. The card looks exactly like it'' Clary explains. I look at my mates and back at her sadly. ''Wait why aren't you guys happy about this? All we have to do is find-'' she says but stops. ''Dot'' I say. ''If Dot had the cards when she was taken, we don't have much time. If Valentine gets his hands on the Cup-'' Jace begins and stands up with me and Alec. ''We know'' Magnus says as we see him enter the room. ''If Valentine started creating Shadowhunters or gained control of demons, it'd be like Beyonce riding on a dinosaur through time square. People would notice'' he says. ''But he can control demons. I've seen it'', ''paying off a few demons is easy espacially since they rarely survive long enough to collect'', ''Still waiting on Valentine's thank-you card'' Jace says. ''Opening the gates of hell... That's a little more tricky''. ''Valentine doesn't have the cards. I do'' Luke says entering the room. ''They're at my desk back at the precinct. When Clary and Becca went missing, I went to the loft and cleared everything out, cause I didn't want the circle to track them'', ''That's great. This should be easy'' Clary says. ''That's what general Custer said'' Magnus says. ''Magnus is right. Valentine has spies everywhere even in the NYPD. We have to be discreet'', ''Discreet? You look like something out of the Mummy movie'' I say. ''We'll go in the morning. Werewolf healing, remember?'', ''This is nothing a couple of hours of beauty sleep can't fix'' Jace says. ''We probably shouldn't go all. That would be to much and people will suspect something'' Alec says. ''We could stay back. Go to the institute and be back up if you guys need anything. Just call us'' I suggest and point to Alec and I. Everyone agrees and we all part ways. Before Alec and I leave Jace we say our goodbyes. Alec kisses Jace and before he could pull back Jace heats up the kiss. I feel myself growing red. Both boys look at me smirking. I  step to Jace and lean in to kiss him but before he could touch my lips with his I move to his cheek. ''Be safe and call for back-up'' I say while I was the one smirking now. Jace nods nervously. I grab Alecs hand and we begin to make our way back to the institute. 

Alec and I walked into the institute and see a different looking Izzy standing by a monitor. ''You guys slept at Magnus place?'' she asks. ''Didn't do much sleeping except Becca did'' Alec says as we walk hand in hand further in the institute. ''He was helping treat Luke's woinds. That's all'' I explain to Izzy. ''You should be checked out first by the med bay before going away miss'' Izzy scolds me while looking at Alec. ''I thought Alec and Jace would be against you going back to Magnus'', ''I was against it but she is very persuesive'' Alec says back. ''Talk to me Alec'', ''I talk to you Izzy'', ''About eveything except your personal live, I talk to you about mine all the time. For example, I broke up with Meliorn'' she says. ''Really? Turning over a new leaf?'' Alec asks. I knew it was different. If Izzy was talking about Meliorn you could see her smiling from ear to ear. She wouldn't break up with him if there wasn't a good reason for it. ''He was a bit much. Apperently, I need someone more Shadowhunter-ish'' she explains. ''Izzy, I realize that your trying to take some of the family heat, and I appreciate it, but you can't change who you are'' Alec says looking at her. ''Really? And you can?'', ''I know who I am'' Alec says and begins to walk away pulling me with him as he holds my hand in his still. ''I'm a guy who's about to be disowned when dad finds out that Jace and clary are still out doing God knows what'', ''I think dad's used to that by now'' Izzy says trying to keep up with us. ''This is Jace you're talking about. Your husband and one of your mates''',  ''He said he'd be an hour. It's been three'' I add. We both were worried about our mate. ''You don't think he and Clary-'' Izzy begins. ''At a time like this? Not possible'' Alec says.
