Penny pov

I was moved into the Poseidon cabin within the next hour I smiled the familiar and comfort of one of my homes (the first was with mum).

'Hey.' I heard behind me.

I turned and saw Jason and Nico.

'Hey, what can I do for you both?' I grinned.

'We just went to check up on you as a child of the big three we should stick together.' Jason said.

'Yeah, what he said.' Nico said pointing at Jason.

'Oh yeah.' I said pretending to act surprised. 'You are son of Hades Nico, Jason is the son of Zeus and I'm the daughter of Poseidon. That doesn't happen very often I'm guessing.'

'No, that hasn't been a child of the big three in nearly fifty years.' Jason admitted. 'It was Zeus who broke that streak first.'

'Not to be rude but that doesn't surprised me, given his history.' I said. 'But why is there so few children of the big three?'

'Oh that's a long story.' Nico said. 'So we might as well fill you in on the complete story.'

And so Nico and Jason spent the next hour and a half telling me the story of the second world war, about it was most between the sons of the big three, the big three vowel on the River Styx, how Zeus and Poseidon both broke it. But Hades never did, as Nico was born in the 1930's and about the Battle of Manhattan and the  Battle of Mount Othrys.

'Wow, so if a child of the big three is born that can mean real trouble for the world.' I concluded allowed.

'Yeah, pretty much. The two of us plus Percy Jackson went through two different wars and all of us have severe trauma in our lives.' Nico said. 'I kind of feel sorry for now you're claimed.'

'Really why?' I asked.

'Being a half-blood is dangerous, being a half-blood one of the big three is almost a death sentence.' Nico told me.

'But don't worry.' Jason jumped in. 'You're make great friends who will always have your back and be there for you.'

'I'm not sure if I feel better or freak out.' I said. 'Do you both mind leave me alone now? I think you give me a little too much to think about.'

'Of course, will see you later.' Jason said grabbing Nico's arms and the two of them left.

"Well," I think to myself. "thank gods, I already know all of that. I need to talk to my mum."

So I went to the corner where the little fountain was. I then realize I don't have any drachmas but after meeting the goddess, I know she would prefer something more personal so I went to my special stash under one of the bed where I keep gluten free and sugar free organic cupcakes that I know Iris would like. I walked back to the fountain, popped the cake in the rainbow watched it disappear and spoke: 'Iris goddess of the personal offering to you and show me Sally Jackson please.'
