the incident

We decided to play truth or dare while we were waiting for the Pizzas to arrive. Alejandro started.

"Okay so Pedri, truth or dare?" he asked.

"Im gonna go with truth." Pedri answered.

"What's your biggest fear?"

"I think my biggest fear is that my career gets destroyed because of a serious injury. This must be hard."

Everyone nodded in understanding.
Now it was Pedri's turn. "Hailey, truth or dare?"

"I'll also pick truth." i said, nervous about the question that is coming now.

"When was the last time you cried?" he asked me. Oh no please not again. I looked over to Ansu. He was already looking at me. I started to panic and it got harder to breathe every second.

"Sorry, i have to go to the bathroom for a second." i said, my voice was trembling again.

"Pedri you fucked up. What's wrong with you asking her something like that?" I heard Gavi say as i walked to the bathroom. Tears already coming down my face.

I locked up the door and held onto the sink as i looked at myself trough the mirror. My eyes were completely red and i couldn't breathe. AGAIN. I tried to calm myself when i heard a knock on the door. I tried to sound normal.

"I'm fine, i'm coming out in a few minutes!" i said.

"Hailey it's Ansu. Please let me in." his voice sounded sad.

I decided to let him in since he helped me before. He came in, locked the door and immediately hugged me.

"Hey, it's going to be okay! I'm here for you. I'm so sorry for this question." he said.

"It's okay i'm fine Ansu. Thank you for checking up on me." i said. I'm to afraid to tell him.

"Hailey you're clearly not. Your face is full of tears and you can't breath normally." he said, cupping my face and looking deep into my eyes.

We were so close that i had to look at his lips. God, his face is so beautiful. And he's so caring. I couldn't help but lean into a kiss when suddenly someone knocked on the door. Same situation as the one in the car a few hours ago.

"Hey Hailey im so sorry. I want to apologise. This was a dumb question i don't know what came to my mind." Pedri was behind the door and you could hear regret in his voice. I looked at Ansu and he nodded at me to open the door.

"Omg Hailey it was never my intention to hurt you. I'm so sorry!" he hugged me tight and i could feel he was really sorry.

After a few minutes i calmed down again and i decided to just forget the incident so i wouldn't destroy our evening. We were heading back to the living room and decided to just talk about random things to get to know each other better.

"So does anyone of you have a girlfriend?" i asked. "Just out of curiosity, i don't have any intentions haha." i added because i don't want them to think i was weird. But to be honest i prayed that Ansu just said no.

"I have a wife actually. I mean i'm the oldest of the group so this makes sense. The others don't have girlfriends since they can't pull!" Rapha answered and began to laugh his ass off.

I just smiled at that and looked at Ansu. I think the others noticed because suddenly it was quiet and everyone looked at me.

"What?" i asked getting red.

"Don't act like you don't know. You like Ansu!" Pedri said.

The boys all nodded and started to say that we would be cute together and everything like that. Me and Ansu just laughed it off.

After eating Pizza and talking with the boys it was already getting late. I looked at my phone and saw that it was 11:30pm so i should get going. I don't want my dad to worry about me.

"Guys i have to go now. It's getting pretty late. Thank you so much for inviting me i had fun. I really like you all!" i said to them.

"Yeah but she likes Ansu the most." Alejandro whispered to the others.

"Ale i can hear you." i said, looking at him serious. He just smirked at me.

I grabbed my things and waited for Ansu in the hall when Gavi came.

"Will we see each other tomorrow at training?"

"Yeah of course Gavi! I'm already excited to see y'all again tomorrow!" i answered smiling.

"Good! Just one serious question before you go. Are you okay? You really seemed off after the incident. You don't have to tell me though if you don't feel comfortable." he asked with a concerned face. They're all so respectful.

"It's about something that happened in my past. Pedri's question just triggered me but it's okay. I'm good now. Thank you for asking."

"Of course. Thanks for telling me. I'm always here if you want to talk. Remember that." he hugged me and walked back to the others when Ansu came to drive me back home.
