you're pretty

I woke up and remembered that i feel asleep on Ansu's chest. I looked up at him still sleeping.

"How can someone be this beautiful as you." I whispered while i lightly touched his check. I admired his perfect face and didn't notice that he was awake now.

"When are you going to stop starting at me?" he said laughing. I got red and looked away. He turned my face so i looked at him again.

"Don't look away from me. That was cute Hailey." We smiled at each other.

We got out of bed and made breakfast. After that Ansu had to get ready for his training. My dad said Ansu should just drive me to the training center so i could drive home with my dad after training.

At the training center

"Rapha, look at that!" Alejandro screamed as he saw me and Ansu came to training together.

Rapha immediately sprinted to him an gasped. "Omg i can't believe it! Gavi, Pedri come here!" they are so funny i swear.

"Stop making such a big deal out of it. It's not like we married or something." Ansu said laughing. I nodded.

As we all stood in a circle my dad came to us.

"Buenos días mi amor. Did you sleep well?" he asked. Causing all the boys to smirk.

"Yeah i did. Ansu took really good care of me!"

"Muchas Gracias Ansu. I appreciate that. Now let's start." my father said to Ansu.

The boys said goodbye and i went to the bench to watch them.

ANSU POV

"You really like her, don't you?" Ale asked me. Why does he know me so well?

"Ale i swear she is the most beautiful girl i've ever seen. She is an amazing person." i answered looking over to her.

"Just ask her out then. What is stopping you? I can tell she likes you too. Just look how she admires you haha!" he laughed and turned to Hailey.

Maybe he was right.

HAILEY POV

I watched Ansu the whole time and suddenly he and Ale turned to look at me. They both talked about something and smiled. What were they talking about?

After training

I sat on the bench and waited for Ansu to come when another player approached me. I think his name was Pablo Torre.

"Hey! Hailey right?" he said sitting next to me.

"Yeah! And you are Pablo?" i asked smiling.

"That's right. You're getting along with the boys very well, don't you?"

"Yeah i actually do. I really like them!"

"That's good. I came to ask you something. Is it possible that i can get your number? I mean i think you're pretty and maybe we can go out sometime?" he asked getting red.

What do i say? I don't want to be mean.

"Umm...sure why not." He handed me his phone so i could add my number to his contacts. Was this the right thing to do?

"Thank you. I'll text you!" he said walking away. I searched for Ansu but he was already gone so i walked to the dressing rooms.

A player i think named Ronald Araújo came out first.

"Hey Ronald, do you know if Ansu is still in there?"

"Oh hey Hailey! I think he left 5 minutes before i'm sorry."

"Oh that's okay. Thank you." He smiled and went to the parking lot. Why did he went home without telling me? I didn't even get to say goodbye.

I decided to wait for Alejandro. Since they are so close maybe he knows something about it.

"Alejandro! I waited for you!" i said to him as he came out a few minutes later.

"Hailey! I'm glad you waited! Do you want me to drive you home?" he answered.

"I think my dad still has to do something so he's going to stay here for a bit longer. Can i quickly go to him and let him know that i'll drive with you?"

"Of course. I'm coming with you."

We went to the office from my dad and i told him that Alejandro will drive me home. He agreed and told Ale to drive save so we went to the parking lot and got into his car.

"Hey Ale...do you know why Ansu left? I didn't even got to say goodbye?" i said shyly.

"Oh yeah about that...i think he should tell you himself. He'll probably text you later." he said scratching the back of his head.

I just nodded and started to feel sad. Did i do something wrong? Did he just felt bad?

We arrived at my house and i hugged Ale and thanked him for the ride.

"See you tomorrow?" he asked.

"Yeah i think so!" i closed the door and made my way to the house.
