misunderstanding

ANSU POV

"Hey bro what's going on? What happened?" Ale asked.

I just stood there with a tears stained face and wasn't able to say anything.

"Let's get you home." Pedri said. We walked to the table, grabbed our things and were ready to go.

"Hey boys where's my daughter?" Xavi came towards us. Not now.

"Can you guys tell him? Me, Djucu and Ansu are going home already." I'm so thankful to have Alejandro as my friend. He's always there for me.

I heard Rapha explain something to Xavi as we walked towards our car, Djucu and Alejandro completely worried about me.

We got in the car and the ride back home was completely silent. I think they didn't wanted to make it worse by asking more questions.

At Ansu's house

Djucu already got out of the car and went home. I decided to tell Ale a bit of what happen because he deserves to know.

"Hey Ale thank you. Thank you so much for being there for me and helping. I really appreciate that." i said and hugged him.

"Of course Ansu. You're my best friend. Whatever happened between you and Hailey, i hope it gets better. It seemed really bad."

"Yeah it was. I was worried about her being away for so long so i wanted to look after her. I found her completely helpless, sitting on the floor and crying. She couldn't breathe. Ale it was the worst thing for me to see her like that." i said. My voice was shaking when i started to think about it again.

"Omg what? I didn't expect that! I'm so happy you helped her." he said. I noticed that he was worried about her even more now.

"After it got better she started screaming at me why i came here with my girlfriend and what came to my mind to hurt her like that. I couldn't believe she was screaming and crying at me. I didn't understand a thing. She also asked why i left alone after training. I thought she didn't even notice."

"Of course she did Ansu. You are very important to her. She was worried about you leaving without her and not texting her after. She asked about you the whole time. Just because you were jealous of Pablo Torre."

"Shit..i remember. How could i be so stupid. I just left and i thought it wasn't that big of a deal. I thought she maybe liked Pablo." i felt so guilty. I'm such an asshole.

"But why was she screaming at you about a girlfriend? Do you have one or what?" Ale asked confused.

"Omg this was about Djucu. I'm sure she thought that she's my girlfriend." everything made sense now. Ale started laughing.

"You two have some serious jealousy issues!" he said. I was calmed now. I know what i did wrong. I just have to apologise and explain it to her now. And by now i mean right now.

"Ale drive to Hailey please. Now." i said with a serious voice.

"What? Like right now? It's nearly 12am."

"Doesn't matter. I have to clear this situation up now."
This misunderstanding won't be the reason why i'll lose Hailey.

At Hailey's house

I thanked Ale, walked over to the door and rang the bell. No one answered. I did it again and again. Nothing. Xavi must be at the dinner still.

I grabbed my phone and called her.

HAILEY POV

I was laying in my bed crying when i heard the doorbell rang. I thought my dad has his keys with him so i stayed in bed when it rang again.

Which dumb human being wants to see me or my dad at midnight?
