Is It Still You?

The conversation

~Still Chris POV:
I'm standing in the kitchen and look at the ground. I didn't mean to talk to him like that but he didn't do it any better then me.
"That was wonderful Chris." Tobias says and claps his hands.
I give him a look and sit down. He stands up and puts his plate in the sink.
"Maybe think about it some more." He says and leaves the kitchen.
I stay in the kitchen for what feels like an hour until Nick walks in.
"Good morning." He says and yawns.
"Did you sleep bad?" He asks and sits down.
"The right question is if I even slept tonight." I say without looking at him.
Nick: "Why that?"
I give him a look and raise my eyebrows.
"Because of yesterday??" He asks surprised.
"Yeah?" I answer confused.
Nick: "But why? She chose you. Shouldn't you have the best sleep of all time?"
Chris: "No...I mean I'm happy about it, I really am but things are complicated with Matt and Tobias."
Nick: "Is that the reason why you're acting like this?"
Chris: "Yeah...earlier in the morning we had a conversation about last night. They say that I was the one who forced Lea to choose me and they give me the fault for everything."
Nick: "Okay, that's rude. I understand, they're hurt and pissed but this is too much. They can't say that."
Chris: "Can you try to talk to them? At least to Matt?"
"Of course I can." He smiles and hugs me.

My POV:
I wake up and look beside me. Nick isn't here, so I'm pretty sure he already stood up. I stretch myself before I go out of bed and walk downstairs to see if the others are awake.
I walk into the kitchen and see Chris and Nick hugging each other.
"Awwww, brother love." I say smiling.
"Good morning sleepy head." Chris says and smiles at me.
"Is everything good or why were you guys hugging each other?" I laugh.
"No everything is fine, we just love cuddles." Nick laughs.
"And you are getting one too." Chris laughs and hugs me.
Nick joins the hug and after some seconds they let go.
"I'm happy you guys are okay." I smile.
"We hope you too." Nick says and sounds a bit worried.
"You guys don't have to worry. I'm good, I swear. I just have to eat something real quick because I have to go to work in less then an hour." I laugh.
"Tobias made Waffles if you want to have some." Chris says and points at the counter.
"Tobias made them? Are they awake?" I ask confused.
"Yeah...they are awake they just went into their rooms." Chris responds.
"Oh okay." I say and take some waffles.
~After breakfast~
I put my plate in the dishwasher and run upstairs into my room. I change into some clothes, do my hair and brush my teeth.
"I'm going to work now." I yell while going downstairs.
"Byeee." Nick and Chris yell in unison and sit down on the couch.
I close the door behind me and drive to work.
Some minutes later I arrive at the coffee-shop and
park the car.
"Gooooooood morningggg." I yell entering the coffee-shop.
"The queeeeen has arrived!!!" Bryan screams and runs around the counter to hug me.
"I missed you." He says smiling.
"I missed you too." I smile back.
"Good morning, Lea." Mr. Anderson says walking to me.
"Good morning Sir. Everything good?" I ask.
"Everything good, I hope you too. I'm happy to have you back at work." He smiles. "Bryan couldn't stop talking about how much he misses you here." He whispers to me.
"Shhhh she doesn't need to know that!!" Bryan says and hits Mr. Anderson on his shoulder.
"Oh I already knew that, he adores me." I laugh.
"That's true." Bryan laughs.
"Okay you two, I have to go back to the office. Good work." Mr. Anderson says and walks back into his office.
I walk to my locker and put on my apron. I put all of my other staff in the locker and walk back to Bryan to start my shift for today.

~Meanwhile with the boys~

Nick POV:
Lea left for work a couple minutes ago. Chris and I sit on the couch in complete silence scrolling on our phones.
"Nick?" Chris says and looks at me.
"What's up?" I ask.
Chris: "Can you talk to him now?"
"Sure, wish me luck." I laugh and stand up.
I walk to Matt's room and knock on the door.
"What?" he yells.
"It's me, Nick. Can I come in?" I ask.
"Come in." He responds.
I open the door and see him laying on his bed watching something on his phone.
"What do you need?" He asks and looks up from his phone.
Nick: "I want to talk to you abo-"
"If it has to do something with yesterday then no." He says interrupting me.
"It's not about yesterday." I lie and close the door.
Matt: "Okay, talk."
I sit down on the edge of his bed and look at him.
"How are you feeling?" I ask.
"Good?" He responds confused.
"You can be honest with me. Chris told me about earlier." I say.
He looks at me and puts his phone down.
"I don't want to talk about it." He says in a serious tone.
Nick: "Matt, you can't run away from it. I think it would be better if you talk about it."
Matt: "It's not better because earlier I talked with Chris and you know how that ended...It's making things more worse."
Nick: "You can't talk with Chris about it, you have to talk it with me! Chris can't help you in this situation, especially not after yesterday."
Matt: "I know and I didn't even want to talk to him, I came in the kitchen and he was already arguing with Tobias. He started talking to me and expected me to be fine and forgive him."
Nick: "But you know that he didn't do anything right?"
Matt: "So you're on his side?"
Nick: "I'm on no one's side, you both are my brothers. I just want to talk to you!"
Matt: "You know that he won't make her happy."
"Why do you think that?" I ask.
Matt: "Because every time me and her are together there is always this feeling between us and I know that I'm not the only one that can feel it. I know she feels it too."
Nick: "I can totally understand you but please don't ruin things for them."
Matt: "I can't promise you that. I want to show her what's best for her."
Nick: "You were never that serious over a girl, what is going on?"
Matt: "I love her and I never told you and Chris but I have feelings for her since elementary school."
Nick: "What? Why did you never tell us?"
Matt: "Because I was scared and I didn't want to ruin our friendship with her. Before I could even tell her she had to leave with her mom. I thought the feelings are gone but when I saw her again everything came back."
Nick: "Wow I didn't even noticed that you feel like that."
"Yeah." He sighs.
"So...what are your plans now?" I ask.
"I want to talk to her and need some alone time with her. Maybe I change her decision about Chris." He answers.
Nick: "Matt, you know that's not right. He is your brother."
Matt: "I know but I can't deal with this. I know I wouldn't be able to get over it. I have to try it."
"You can do what you want, I don't force you to anything. The only thing I want you to know is you will hurt Chris with this." I say and leave his room without saying more.
