Ch.3 The Bonfire

(Newts pov)

"She's not just a girl." I don't know why I'm acting like this over a girl I have just met. It feels like I have known her longer. Maybe before the Maze We have known each other.
Which would be surprising but it also wouldn't be surprising at the same time since we can't remember our past. I walk away from Gally frustrated but then I go tell the others that the girls awake.

I went and told Alby "Hey Alby the girls awake." in a mad voice."Who got you mad shank?" "Gally" "What did he say?" "He told me the girl was just a girl. I got mad and said she's not just a girl she's a bloody amazing, perfect girl at that." "Looks like someone likes a little girly."
"Maybe I do, maybe I don't," I say with a grin on my face.
"I'll talk to you later Alby"

(Y/n pov)

I start walking around and some boys notice. One says "Hey baby girl your looking good. Why don't you come over hear." I just ignored it with tears in my eyes from being uncomfortable. "Hey, greenie my name is Gally. Newt told me you were up so I wanted to check up on you and tonight we are having something special for you we do it every month this day at night it's quite fun if I do say so myself"
"Nice to meet you Gally I'm..... Oh yeah, I don't know my name." A glader on the other side here's me and says
"It has to be as pretty as you are." "Zip it... Hi, I'm Alby it's nice to meet you is gally giving you a tough time?" "No, he's truly not he's nice, But talks a lot." "That's Gally," he laughs
"I'm like the boss.I run everything here."
"Nice to meet you, wish I could tell you my name but I don't know it." I laugh. "Well that's normal I suppose Newt has shown you around already"
"Yes he has..." "Bloody annoying?" I hear Newt say from behind me "No bloody amazing is what you are." I say smiling. I turn around and hug him. "You can't walk off without me again." I start to tear up again. He hugs me back "Ok ok I wont don't cry princess someone pretty as you don't need to cry." I blush not knowing what the feeling was in my stomach, so I back up and cross my arms. Alby says "So you said maybe or maybe not I think that's a 100% yes" Newt blushed but smiles and said "Well then it is a yes"
I look confused "Oh yeah Newt.." Newt interrupts Alby and said "I am going to sit with you tonight" and elbows Alby.

"Ok well, I'm going back to med-jack to get some rest" "Ok talk to you tonight princess." he walks off. I walk back to med-jack and lay down. I can't stop thinking about Newt but I have just met him today. I fall asleep after a little bit.
The dream
"Oh my gosh where am I"
I open my eyes and look around im in an empty tech room
I start feeling tears on my face wet and cold I hear yelling
"Don't hurt y/n. Don't hurt my princess" I hear a familiar British accent.
"I love y/n.." I can hear him start to sob "What happened to her? Why is she unconscious?"
Two doors slam and I can't hear him anymore I say "Why are you taking him away from me" but no one answers a woman comes by and says "She's in a coma" Shortly after I hear her say " W.C.K.D. is good" I feel a needle in my back.
I start to scream.

I wake up*
Newt ran in and said "What's wrong? Princess, what happened? Are you ok?" In a panicked voice.
I start to tear up. "I have the worst dream ever."
"What was it about princess?"
"I don't know, I was in an empty tech room, I heard screams coming from a voice. Saying don't hurt my princess..... It sounded like you. They also said I love y/n and a woman said I was in a coma and. W.C.K.D. is good."
"I have been having dreams like that since I got here princess. What if y/n is your name I mean it fits you so what if it is?" I feel tears rolling down my cheeks.
Newt hugs me " It will be ok princess, you will be safe here ok?."
Oh my goodness I loved his British accent I mean I know I have a British accent myself but it's more American than his is more of a deeper British accent. I love it so much.
"Ok well, princess it's time to get outside for the bonfire." He goes to walk out I follow him. I sit down on the sand and Newt sits down on a log.
"Why are you sitting in the sand?" He asks politely.
"I don't know." I laugh
"Get up here princess." I sit beside him and look around at all the people.
"Wow that's a lot of people," I say shocked "Yeah I'll tell you whos who"
"Ok that works"
" You see that boy over there the Asian one his name is Minho he's the head of the runners, and that one over there he's the head of the builders gally..."
"I met Gally he's nice" Newt gets a little bit jealous. He continues
" The Cook is Frypan, Oh yeah that boy over there his name is Winston he's the head of the slicers, Clint is that dude over there he's head of med-jack,
For baggers the head of that is Billy, and for track-hoe is Zart. Alby is the head of all of this and if he's ever gone I am in charge."
"That's still a lot but I'll try to remember it" a glader yells fights. I don't go over there I just sit down and zone out.
I did not know Newt was talking to me till he tapped my shoulder.
"Yeah?" I say confused
"I was talking to you princess" he laughs
"sorry I'm just thinking"
"Ok but I want you to try this it's not bad if I do say so myself" ok I try the drink he gives me I spit it out as fast as I can
"Egh what is that?" I ask in disgust
"I actually don't know it's Galley's recipe" he laughs gally comes over and says
"I talked to Alby and we are going to start building you a place to sleep and a place to shower just for you and you only but for now we will have to figure out where you are sleeping at
"She can sleep in my bed" Newt said
"Are you sure?" I asked "Yes I'm sure"
"Oh yeah when I woke up I found this in my pocket"
I give it to Newt and he reads it out loud "The bracelet on her wrists is from somebody in her past and it's very important to her. The day she came up in the box is her birthday, she is 17 now. That's all it says."
"It's my Birthday."  newt stands up and gets Alby
"Alby it's greenies birthday she had a note on her when she came up the box she's 17 today."
They walk over to me and sing happy birthday to me and I laugh but I just can't stop thinking about Newt. It's time for bed and I go to Newt's room and I lay down on the bed and just lay there not knowing what to do next. Newt walks in to tell me good night but before he was about to close the door I say
"Newt" "Yes princess?" He says so calmly it gave me chills " I don't want to sleep by myself would you stay in here with me and lay up here with me?"
"Yes of course princess I will...."
He lays down beside me.
