JUST ONE MORE DAY... (H.S)

The performance was amazing. We couldn't take our eyes off them. The lights went dim again. There was silence and suddenly everyone started shouting, hooting, jumping up and down and hugging. Wow this much be a lot to them. The choreographer saw the whole recorded video and then smiled at them.

"Boys! We did it! Everything in one shot. WE DID IT!", he shouted out. Everyone screamed with him.

I looked at Harry, he is astonished seeing the people celebrate it. I got pulled out of my trance, Jennie tugging on my sleeve. I pulled Harry along with me.

"I know it was amazing but we kinda have a problem right now", she said worry washing over her face, "my mum and sister....they are coming right now. They have just left the airport actually. Gonna be here any minute'.

"Okay, you're panicking. Don't worry. We'll get Ben and then let's go back home and then decide what to do, alright", I say and turn around to tell Harry to bring Ben.

"Well you know that's the problem, I haven't told my mum that I've moved out of your house. And she doesn't know I am in a relationship with Ben", she smiles with guilty.

"Jen....why is every parent coming to meet us right now, when things aren't in our hands", I scoff and see Ben running towards us.

"Hey, so anyone up for Burger's, we can stop by......what happened?", Ben asks us.

"Jennie's mum and sister are coming", I say.

"Oh shit, like right now, in this moment. We haven't told her about us. Oh damn....we didn't even tell them that we live together", Ben is panicking now.

"Guys let's just go home first and then decide what to do", I say, everyone nods so we head out to go home.

"So I guess while we were driving back here, you would have come up with a plan", I ask Jennie.

"Something like that, but you wouldn't like it", I roll my eyes and nod my head, "well I can just move in back for the day and bring few of my stuff. Until then Harry can stay in your room", she says.

"And what do you want me to say, when they see Harry in my room", I groan.

"Your boyfriend!, that's what Harry told his mom right. Let's just continue like that, please just for today", she pulls out the puppy eyes.

"Fine, go and get your stuff", I say to her and she's rushing out with Ben.

"Come on Harry, let's shift some of....... I am really sorry Harry. I didn't even ask you if you were okay with this. God why am I like this", I close my eyes and lean my head on the wall.

"Hey, don't worry. I am alright with it. I mean it's only for the day. I think we can manage it", Harry says.

"Oh thank you so much Harry, I am really sorry to pull you into this", I say and walk upstairs.

"As I said it's fine, come on let me pack some of my things for your room", he says and walks along.

I haven't seen his room yet. He opens the door and we enter the room. I am amazed his room looks comfy. It has minimalist look with warm tones. Wow, he keeps all of his stuff clean. I mean it's been just few days he moved in.

"I'll let you decide what you wanna get inside my room. I'll clear up one side of my wardrobe for your clothes. And probably clean my room too so that you have space", I say, he nods and I go to my room. It looks like a storm has just passed by. I start picking up the clothes on the floor and fold them up. By the time I have set up my wardrobe and kept the other half empty Harry walks in with his clothes.

"They are just very few of them. I'll set them in and bring my toiletries in", he puts his clothes inside and rushes back to his room. Oh damn, the loo. It's such a mess. I've gotta clean it too. I throw some clothes in the laundry basket and clear one row of the shelfs. Then spray a bit of air freshener.

"Did you just spray an air freshener", harry asks chuckling. I startled a bit and nod, "it smells good by the way".

I hear the main door open so I go down and see Jennie coming in with her stuff. There's just 2 boxes of them. Might take probably 30 minutes to set everything up.

"They are coming in 15 minutes", Jennie says, and rushes to set her things up.

Okay so we have 15 minutes. Me and Ben help her out.

"Okay so, every thing is fine. They should be here any moment. Ben don't you dare leave me hanging here alone. You've gotta stay here too until they are gone", Ben nods to Jennie's words and settle down on the bed. The door bell rings, "okay get up, go sit on the sofa or something', she pushes him of the bed. I chuckle at him and he flips me off. I go downstairs with Jennie and open the door.

"Suprise! Didn't expect us to be here. Didn't you?", her mom says hugging her, "oh my you've grown up".

"Mom, you just saw me last christmas", Jennie says.

"Hi, Mrs. Akoijam. How was your journey?", I ask her.

"Kid, how many times have I told you, just call me Sunny ,and the journey was amazing", she says hugging me.

"Mom, will you talk about our neighbors too at the door", Jennie's sister groans.

"Oh my bad! come in, come in. Must have been tired from a journey. I'll make some tea", Jennie takes them in.

"Hey, Ellie! How have you been", Jennie's sister, Maria asks.

"I've been good. You?", I look down, she's a bit intimidating.

"Oh you know, having a home vacation right now. Been travelling a lot. Paris, Beijing, Singapore, Korea, Vegas. It's very tiring but you know my work gives me the advantage of visiting many places so I am happy about it", she smirks, "what about you, have you been anywhere?". She knows that her job is very unique than everyone.

"Uhh...no. I've been staying here for the past few months. Didn't know where to go. I spent my vacation here", I smile and walk in.

"Oh we have guests, I didn't know", I hear Jennie's mom.

Well, let's get this done. They'll be here just for few hours probably. I hope so.
