Crowley yawned waking up to the smell of coffee.
"Angel?" He questions rubbing his eyes almost like a child as he sat up.

"Good morning Crowley." Azirafel says with a cheery smile walking up to the sleepy demon and handing him the cup of coffee. "Two sugars no cream. Very very hot. Just how you like it."

Crowley didn't hesitate to sip the warm drink. He visibly relaxed from the warmth leaning back against the couch.
It was a still, dim grey outside. Still lightly raining after the storming last night. Azirafel was still cheery, sitting down in his spot once again with a nice cup of tea.
"Did you sleep well?"

Crowley who had been mid sip paused not sure how to respond. He spied his glasses on the table and took a moment to debate putting them on or not.

"Crowley?"

"Oh right- yes." Crowley nodded. "Better then I have in a while actually." He admitted.

"Well that is nice now isn't it?" Azirfael says cheekily.

Crowley raised an eye brow as he sipped his coffee. The angle giggled too himself.

"What are you thinking?" Crowley asks.

"Oh nothing. Nothing at all" Azirafel says sipping his tea. Crowley's eye brows furrowed, it was too early for this.

"Angel." Crowley murmured indignantly.

"Yes?" Azirfael responds with faux innocence. Crowley glared awaiting an answer to his questions.

"Well.. It's just. You're rather.. peaceful, when you sleep. And it was nice too see you so relaxed." Azirfael admitted shyly.

Crowley blinked. He didn't expect to hear something like that. Peaceful? He was never peaceful, he was chaos incarnate. Well except for things like... last night. Crowley felt his face get hotter the more he thought about last night.

"Anyways- The rain has eased up now. So it's safe for you too drive home if you want too." He says gazing out the window.

"I don't."

"Pardon?" Azirfael turned to look at Crowley.

"I don't want too." Crowley clarified. "Is that a problem?"

"No, not at all." Azirafel says with a soft smile. "Would you like me to read too you some more?"

Crowley smiles too himself, turning away in an attempt to hide it. "Sure."

Azirafel noticed the smile and felt the warmth of pride rise in his chest. He didn't hesitate to pick out a book and begin reading.
Crowley adoring every single word.
