Chapter 7: 10 Years Later

It's been 10 years since Ashton and Brandie got married. They have 4-year-old twins named Alice and Alex. "Mommy, can Alex and I spend the night with Auntie Rose?" Alice asked. "If it's ok with daddy and Auntie Rose," Brandie said. "It's ok with me, what about you Rose?" Ashton asked. "Sure, it's fine with me," Rose said. "Yay!" Alice and Alex said. "You guys have fun with Auntie Rose," Brandie said. "We will," Alice and Alex said. "You guys be good," Ashton said. "Don't worry, they will," Rose said. It took about 30 minutes to get to Rose's house. The Doctor was there, as usual, since him and Rose are married. "Doctor!" Alice and Alex said, running up to the Doctor and hugging him. "Hey guys," The Doctor said, picking them up. "Do you have any new traveling stories to tell us?" Alex asked. "Actually, I have something better," The Doctor said. "What?" Alice and Alex asked. "Come with me, I'll show you," The Doctor said, putting them down and walking towards the door. Alice, Alex, and Rose followed him. "Remember when you guys asked me about the TARDIS a couple weeks ago?" The Doctor asked. "Yea," Alice and Alex said. "Well, you guys, I want to show you the TARDIS," The Doctor said. "Awesome, can we actually go inside?" Alice asked. "Sure, I can take you guys somewhere if you want," The Doctor said. "Awesome!" Alice and Alex said. "Doctor, let's take them to Scotland in 1879," Rose said. "Can we go Doctor, can we?" Alice and Alex asked. "Sure, but you guys stay close to me when we get there ok?" The Doctor said. "Ok," Alice and Alex said. "Hold on tight," The Doctor said. When the TARDIS landed, they all fell over. "Wow, that was awesome," Alice said. "Come on guys, remember, stay close to me or Auntie Rose," The Doctor said. "Ok," Alice and Alex said. "Guys, let's go meet Queen Victoria," The Doctor said. "Doctor, we have to be careful, there's a full moon tonight," Rose said. "We better hurry then," The Doctor said. "Ahh, Doctor, nice to see you again, and Rose, you look as lovely as ever," Queen Victoria said. "Nice to see you again, your majesty," The Doctor said. "Thank you your majesty," Rose said. "Oh, who do we have here?" Queen Victoria asked, seeing Alice and Alex. "Your majesty, this is our niece and nephew, Alice and Alex Irwin," The Doctor said. "Oh, well, it's nice to meet you two," Queen Victoria said. "Nice to meet you, your majesty," Alice and Alex said. "Well, I was just getting ready to go see Sir Robert, would you like to come with me?" Queen Victoria asked. "Sure, I've been meaning to visit Sir Robert again," The Doctor said. They set off for Sir Robert's house. "Ahh, Doctor, Rose, nice to see you again," Sir Robert said. "Nice to see you again Sir Robert," Rose and the Doctor said. Sir Robert then noticed Alice and Alex. "Who do we have here?" Sir Robert asked. "Sir Robert, this is our niece and nephew, Alice and Alex Irwin," Rose said. "Well, it's nice to meet you two," Sir Robert said. "Nice to meet you too, Sir Robert," Alice and Alex said. They defeated a wolf and saved everyone that had been kidnapped, then the Doctor took them home. "That was awesome!" Alex said when they returned home. "I know, how did you know the mistletoe would keep the wolf away Doctor?" Alice asked. "Just a lucky guess," The Doctor said. "Really, it wouldn't have anything to do with mommy being a werewolf, would it Doctor?" Alex asked. "Ok, fine, yes, your mum told me that mistletoe would keep a wolf away, but don't tell her about this ok?" The Doctor asked. "Ok," Alice and Alex said. They went to bed after that. The next morning, Rose took them home. "Mommy!" Alice and Alex said when they got to the house. "Hey guys, did you have fun?" Brandie asked. "Sure did," Alice and Alex said. "Good," Brandie said. "Thanks for letting us stay with you Auntie Rose," Alice and Alex said. "No problem, I had fun with you guys," Rose said. Rose left after that. "Where's daddy?" Alex asked. "Daddy went to Uncle Luke's house," Brandie said. "What for?" Alex asked. "Because they're bringing you guys a surprise," Brandie said. "Awesome!" Alice and Alex said. Just then, Ashton and Luke arrived with the surprise. "Guys, come outside and see what Uncle Luke and I brought you," Ashton said. Alice and Alex went outside. "Awesome, a trampoline!" Alice said. "Thank you so much daddy and Uncle Luke," Alex said. "You're welcome guys," Luke said. "Guys, mommy and I are going over to Uncle Luke's house tonight, so you guys are gonna stay with Auntie Rose and the Doctor again while we're gone," Ashton said. "Ok," Alice and Alex said. "Hey guys," Rose said when she arrived. "Hey Rose," Brandie, Ashton, and Luke said. "Hi Auntie Rose," Alice and Alex said. "Ready to go Irwin twins?" Rose asked. "Ready," Alice and Alex said. "Ok, let's go," Rose said. Rose and the twins left. "Luke, we'll see you later," Brandie said. "See you guys later," Luke said as he got in his car and left. Ashton took a shower and got dressed and him and Brandie met Luke and Michael at Luke's house. "Hey guys," Michael and Luke said. "Hey," Ashton and Brandie said. "Calum's on his way, he'll be here shortly," Luke said. "Ok, is he bringing Marrisa?" Ashton asked. "No, he's coming by himself," Luke said. Marrisa is Calum's girlfriend. A few minutes later, Calum arrived. "Hey guys," Calum said. "Hey Calum," Brandie, Ashton, Luke, and Michael said. "So, what are we gonna do tonight Luke?" Brandie asked. " I was thinking we could listen to music and make sundaes, I bought everything we need," Luke said. "Sounds good, then after that, we can go do some karaoke," Ashton said. "Yea, you and Brandie can do a duet," Luke said. "Yea, that's a great idea Luke," Ashton said. "But what song could we do?" Brandie asked. "How about Remind Me?" Michael asked. "Yeah! Since that's the song we sang after we got engaged Ash," Brandie said. "No, I was thinking Then by Brad Paisley," Ashton said. "That's a better idea, and it's such a romantic song," Brandie said. "That, and it describes our whole relationship," Ashton said. "Yea, it really does, because we met at a party and you proposed to me at a party 5 years later," Brandie said. "True, gosh, I love you so much Brandie," Ashton said. "I love you too Ash," Brandie said. They listened to music, ate sundaes, and have a really good time doing karaoke, it was the best night of their lives. "Man, that was awesome," Michael said. "It was, well, we gotta go get the twins, see you guys," Ashton said. "Bye, see ya," Luke, Calum, and Michael said. Ashton and Brandie picked up Alice and Alex and went home. The other boys went home and thought about the best night they ever had.
