Quite a long time ago my friends influenced me to write my take on love and so this is just that :)

Love
Such a mysterious thing
One would say its just a feeling or sentiment but no
It's so much more than that
Love can come in forms
In waves
It can come peacefully or painfully
In the truth Love is a painful thing
Though one may find bliss in the moments of pure unbroken love
Spending those affectionate moments with the one closest to your heart
When the roughness of life and the admiration of love mix one can feel torn apart
Love is a true form of art
Just like aphrodite the goddess of love
One may say love is a roller-coaster
It can ruin one's life
It can save ones life
Love can be deadly
One may ask
If love causes such pain
Should we just stop loving?
Of course not
Sacrificing yourself to love is the experience
It takes much trust
Because many people misuse love
They use it to fuel their bad intentions
Their hate
They shine love in a horrid light
That's the exact reason why most young people are scared of love today
They're scared so they misuse love
They do that so they don't get hurt
They end up hurting others though of course
But who cares when today the world teaches you to think about yourself and yourself only?
I too have loved
One loved many
Poured my heart out and expected the same in return
Those people took my heart
Ripped it to shreds
I'm just another victim of the effects of love
Though that's no reason to stop loving
Needing someone to love so one can survive
Many people say they don't believe in love
Liars I say
A life without loving isn't a life
Because love isn't just romance and passion
Love could be admiration, trust , respect, loyalty and much more
Humanity wouldn't survive without love
People would feel empty
Drained and sluggish
But what can one say
It's just the effects of love.
