"Sir, you're ready?" Foei, Lian's secretary entered Lian's room as he saw him already dressed up. He was looking in the mirror. He faced Foei and gave him a look. Foei understood it and gave him two thumbs up while smiling giddily at him.

Lian could only shake his head in disbelief. His smile fades away as soon as he goes back to stare at himself in the mirror.

"I think it's time" Foei was confused but quickly agreed to Lian thinking he was ready to go.

"Sir, I'll be in the car now" Lian nodded without looking at him. Foei stormed off and Lian was alone with himself.

He couldn't calm himself. He felt so intensely tonight when he was only going to his father's birthday party.

Before he left his room, he stared at his finger, especially at the ring he was wearing. He can only smile at it.

They went first to Keerati's mansion to pick up Kuea. He was also invited to his father's birthday party celebration. Lian goes inside the house to look for Kuea. They went inside the car and Foei who was driving felt the awkward air between them. He can't just ask Lian anything to make him talk until he starts the engine. Lian could only accept their wishes and give his best smile to him. While Kuea trying to get out from there. He fake smiled and nodded to them until they got through to those people.
