Chapter One: Welcome to Society, Bitch

- Zeus Achilles -

"Zeus," pabulong na tawag sa kanya ni Asher na nasa tabi lang niya. He squinted his eyes, pinilit niyang makinig sa kanilang lesson ngayon at wag itong pansinin dahil alam niyang walang katuturan na naman ang sasabihin nito. He glanced at the clock, five more minutes.

"Achill," tawag ulit nito, using his other nickname. Hindi parin tumingin si Zeus kaya kinalabit na siya nito.

Lumipas ang ilang segundo, patuloy parin ang pagkalabit nito sa kanya kaya't hindi na niya maiwasan na samaan ito ng tingin.

"What?" He hissed.

Asher tilts his head towards a girl who was sitting a few rows down, naka ngisi na ito.

"Rate" Asher said, leaning back on his seat. Zeus then fixed his eyes on the girl Asher was talking about, isang level lang ang baba nito sa kinauupuan ng kambal. She was wearing a simple green dress that went well with her blonde hair, hindi naman niya makita ang mukha nito dahil naka talikod ito sa kanila. Alam niyang katawan lang ng babaeng ito ang pinapa rate ni Asher. He'll probably make her his new flavor of the month, or maybe week.

"6." He simply answered, crossing his arms. Nangunot ang noo ni Asher.

"I think she's an 8!" Kontra nito sa kanya.

"For you she is, she's a 6 for me"

"That's because you haven't seen her face yet," Asher smirked, raking his eyes over the girl once more. Alam niyang nakakainsulto ito para sa babae but hindi naman nito naririnig ang pinaguusapan nila dahil halos lahat ay nakikinig sa adviser nilang tumatalak harapan.

"You are such a whore, Asher Lars." Ezra hissed, looking up at them. Ang sama ng tingin nito sa kanilang dalawa. Asher leaned in and stuck his tongue out at her.

"How mature," mumbled her twin, Enzo, not even sparing a glance at the two, Zeus sighed as he heard the dismissal bell.

The four of them got up, tumungo siya sa pinto dahil nag detour si Asher doon sa babaeng tinutukoy nito kanina, probably to work his charm.

"Why don't girls learn?" Ezra grumbled once they were out of the room, sinilip nito muli si Asher na ngayon ay nakikipag usap na sa babae.

"You should keep him on a leash." Dugtong pa nito. Zeus laughed.

"A leash won't stop him. He'll do whatever he wants, just let him be." Bagot na sagot ni Enzo. Ezra rolled her eyes at inirapan ang lahat ng babaeng tumitingin sa kanila. The three of them entered the Dining Hall, and more eyes turned their way. Gianna and Athena were already waiting at their table.

"Where's Kuya Ash?" Gianna asked nang mapansin sila nito. Umupo naman si Zeus sa tabi ng kanyang kapatid.

"That question doesn't need an answer, sweetheart." Ezra replied. Tumango nalang ito at tumawa, understanding Ezra's words. Alam naman ng buong Academy kung ano ang reputasyon ni Asher Lars Woodsen. Pangalan pa lang nito ay alam na ng lahat at kung ano ang gawain nito sa buhay.

Zeus sighed at nilibot niya ang kanyang tingin sa ang buong Dining Hall, it was a normal day for them. Wala namang kakaiba. Kahit na dalawang linggo nang on going ang klase, wala paring kakaibang nangyayari sa Academy. The students still follow the Social Pyramid, and the Chain. Social Circles are made and they're still ranked every month on the Sinclaire Academy Website.

Social Status, Rank, and Blood are everything.

That certain rule has been going on since the Academy started, even their Parents had to go through it. It wasn't surprising na mataas ang mga rank nito sa Social Pyramid. Woodsens and Sinclaires ruled the Academy after all. They were known as the Fearsome Four. Senri, Carly, Cain, and Rianne.
