"Mama's gonna be so happy!" Aiane squealed when they both got out of the car sa hapong iyon. Zeus chuckled before throwing his car keys to a Protector para dalhin ito sa garage. Naisipan niyang umuwi na ngayon, hindi na siya makakadalo sa Social Night but it was okay. Family will always come first. Ezra wasn't happy but he thought to hell with it! Kung gusto niyang umuwi ng Friday ng hapon then walang makakapigil sa kanya. Dapat ay ihahatid niya lang talaga si Athena dahil ganon naman talaga palagi ang set up nila. He was happy all throughout of the week kaya gusto na niyang sagarin ito by spending a lot of time with his family.

Flame gave him a tinge of hope, he'll hold on to that. As long as they have something worth fighting for then he won't give her up. Never.

"Mama we're home!" sigaw agad ni Aiane nang maka pasok sila. The house was eerily quiet, normal lang naman ito sa ganitong oras. Minsan kasi ay si Blake lang ang naiiwan dito but it's Friday, either their Parents are at the Council or here para mag merienda. Since alam naman na uuwi si Aiane ngayon then Zeus guessed it was the latter.

"What? You already have one parent now? Pano na ako?"

"Papa ko!"

Zeus smiled at the sight. Aiane turns to a giddy little girl when it comes to their Father, it made him think na may split personality ang kapatid niya.

Nag high five naman sila ng kanyang Papa at tumungo na sila sa kitchen.

"I told you I had higher grades!"

Iyon ang agad na narinig ni Zeus nang pumasok sila sa malawak na kitchen. Galing ito sa kanyang Mama na naka talikod, nagluluto ng kung ano, and he guessed what she said was for their Father.

"At some point you had higher grades," their Father pointed out, sitting on a high stool next to Blake who was holding out his phone.

"The main point is, my dear husband, I had higher grades than you!" their Mother raised the spatula she was holding kahit na hindi pa sila tinitignan nito.

"Why are you guys arguing again?" Zeus rolled his eyes before sitting next to his brother.

"It's a normal thing," Blake laughed. "Dapat hindi ka na nagtatanong"

"Why argue about the past?" tumaas ang kilay ni Zeus, he was amused by their topic.

"Well, a lot has happened and your Father and I made a throwback conversation hanggang sa makarating kami sa kung sino ang may mas mataas na grade."

"I think Aunty Carly had higher grades..." Blake mumbled ngunit narinig parin nilang lahat ito.

Their Father whistled under his breath. "You shouldn't have said that, buddy."

Zeus laughed hard nang humarap na ang kanilang Mama.

"Don't you have faith in me, baby?" tanong nito kay Blake.

"Well..." Blake scratched his head.

Their Father starter chuckling. "She's smarter than Carly, Blake. Trust me"

"Bakit parang labas sa ilong Pa?" Pang aasar ni Zeus.

"Don't let Aunty Carly hear that, Papa" Aiane made the universal 'lagot ka' sign with her hand.

"You guys mostly skipped class, I can't even believe you still had high grades" Zeus laughed again.

"Perks of being a Pureblood," their Father smirked.
