you guys went home afterwards and since you and reid had the day off, you guys decided to start on the baby room. you cleared out the room while reid grabbed the stuff you had pre-ordered but it took long to get here. you painted the room while reid was in prison, despite the breakdowns you had.
"baby?" reid said coming into the room.
you were on the floor, crying.
"baby, what's wrong?" he said bending down to your level.
"baby, i don't know if i can do this. i'm just really scared." you said hyperventilating a little.
"hey baby, it's okay. i'm not going anywhere, im gonna be here for you every single day and night. i'm gonna be here with you and my son. i love you so much y/n, and i want to spend the rest of my life with you." he said placing a kiss on your forehead.
"thank you so much baby. i love you too." you said kissing him back.
he lifts you up and you guys get to work. you and reid build the crib, the shelf, and the changing table.
the next morning, you and reid got up and went to work. but, you kept having pains in your stomach. they came every 10 minutes. you were in labor.
"baby?" you said to reid.
"mhm?" he said looking at his phone.
"it's time." you said.
