*THIRD PERSON POV*
Airys faced the window and closed the blinds,
She took a deep breath before answering,
"Of course I like him. Why'd you ask?"
Thomas stood, looking around,
"I'm just curious that's all."
'She said like, not love' he thought
She glanced at him, confused
"Sure..."
'what's up with him?' she thought
He placed his hands in his pockets,
"So you're dating him?"
Pretending he doesn't know when he literally witnessed how she said yes.
Airys never told anyone about her relationship with Dylan.
She wasn't ready.
That's why she wanted to take things slow.
Airys saw Thomas waiting for her answer,
"If that's what you call it, then I am."
He walked towards the fire place.
On top, he saw picture frames of Airys, Amy and other people.
He grabbed a picture frame of the two sisters,
"Does Amy know?"
She went to him,
"No, she doesn't. I haven't told her yet."
He placed the object down,
"Why not? Will she get mad?"
She bit her lower lip,
"Maybe? I don't know."
He suddenly noticed Airys' picture with his standee, he chuckled,
"Where did you take this picture?"
She rushed to get the picture away from his sight,
"I uh.. Movie screening of Maze Runner back home."
He chuckled,
"I see... You really seem to like me, do you?"
The question was meant to mean as a fan,
However, the question sounded much more than just a fan question.
She laughed awkwardly,
Trying to sound unbothered by his question,
"Of course, I am your fan."
He checked out the other pictures,
"What if you liked me more than merely an idol? What if you weren't my fan, would you still like me?"
He faced her, noticing her flushed red face.
The blushing lady looked away,
"If things weren't complicated then maybe, perhaps, possibly, I guess."
Complicated
If only things weren't complicated.
If only...
He sighed and responded,
"Yeah, that would be nice."
Airys looked at him,
"Uhm You should go. Natasha might be waiting for you."
She's pushing him away.
She's doing what should be done.
He clutched her hand,
"If things weren't complicated, will there be any chance for us to work? The two of us? You and me?"
She stared at their hands and his eyes,
"Why are you doing this, Thomas? You're confusing me."
Her heart is pounding fast in her chest.
It's obvious he has feelings for her.
She just wasn't sure if what she's seeing is real.
"I've fallen for you, Airys" He said
