Nightmare

I was laying in my bed watching tv about to doze off to sleep when I heard a knock on my window I got out of bed and lifted up my curtains to see my boyfriend Brady I opened it up and he climbed in

"Hi baby what are you doing here" I said laughing

He didn't answer he just shut my window and got up to put his keys and wallet on my dresser. I laid back in my bed and he came and laid directly on top of me.

"What's wrong pretty boy?" I asked rubbing his back

"I had a bad dream" he mumbled

"I'm sorry what was it about?"

Brady doesn't scare easily and he looked paranoid and bothered so I had to know what it was about

"Yeah and then I woke up and I needed you I was terrified" he said finishing his story

"I'm so sorry Bray that sounds terrible"

"It was" he mumbled still a little frightened

"Hey it's okay your safe now" I held him tighter and kissed his head

"I know" he said

We sat there for a few minutes because Brady was a little scared to go back to sleep in fear he'll have another nightmare but eventually he started dozing off to sleep

"Thank you dove" he said half asleep

"Of course bray I love you"

"I love you too"
