Remember when you told me I could go to you for anything
That I could trust you?
Do you remember the tantrum you threw after?
Telling me that I was overreacting
Making me wonder why such a small, minor detail could put me in such a sour mood
Did it make you feel powerful when you saw my eyes fall and fill with tears?
When you saw me take a step back and question myself; did it make you feel superior?
Is that why you never apologized? Genuinely at least
Because I remember every instance, and I remember begging for YOUR forgiveness afterwards
When in fact I was the one who was hurting....wasn't I?
