Milly's POV:
I had started writing my letter to hogwarts when something on my window caught my eye. It was probably a sparrow picking at the berries that I left for them. No, it wasn't a sparrow, it was a raven. With a note attached? I opened my window and read the first note.
GUYS.
It's Emma.
Milly, Mikayla, and Caitlyn:
MY MOM SAID NO TO A HOGWARTS LETTER. I SWEAR ON THE RIVER STYX I'M NOT MAKING THIS UP. MY PHONE IS GONE. HELP. PLEASE.
PASS IT ON TO EACH OTHER. THE RAVEN'S NAME IS MINT.
I untied the second note and read that one.
We need to convince her mom!! Try to get your parents to come, and at 5:45 let's meet at Emma's house! -Caitlyn
I understood how dire this situation was. We all needed to go to Hogwarts. No matter what. I invited Mint in and gave her some of my sunflower seeds to eat. All of this flying must have made her a little hungry. I pushed my letter to Hogwarts aside and started writing my letter to Mikayla. Since Caitlyn and Mikayla had their phones I could text them and get the smaller details settled. I started writing my note.
Start trying to practice your magic to see if you have any before you have a wand. Try and get our parents to believe us and let us go. We won't get punished because we can't control our magic yet. Emma, say that the date for our back to school barbecue was today, it is always at your house so no excuses made. Tell that to all of your parents I will text/email to remind you. -Milly
I gave mint a little satchel filled with sunflower seeds because she seemed to enjoy them. I tied my note along with the others. " Bring this to Mikayla Hale. You can keep the seeds." Mint turned to the window and flew away. I knew she would find Mikayla soon so I grabbed my phone and started texting Mikayla and Caitlyn
MO- The summer barbecue has been moved to tonight due to the last chance to get everyone to Hogwarts. As usual it is gonna be at emmas house so no unusual. Mett at emma's house at 5:45. Practice your magic. See you later. <3
