Mikayla's POV:
It was a beautiful and sunny day. I woke up with a huge smile on my face because today was the day we were to go to Diagon Alley! Everytime I thought about it, I would scream! My dream was now becoming a reality! I quickly got dressed in my best attire and got a quick breakfast, then dragged my parents out the door, clutching my supply list in my hand. If I lost that list, I wouldn't know what to do.
In a few minutes, we got to the Leaky Cauldron. It was a sort of dark building, full of muggles, and some wizards. Pictures and mirrors with beautiful gold edges were hung over grand archways. Wooden tables were throughout the place. I walked to the front and ordered something to drink. I was parched! I, of course got Butterbeer, just like Harry, Ron, and Hermione did when they first went to the Leaky Cauldron. I was about to sit down at a table, when I heard a familiar voice. "I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's very squeaky!" I spun around, when I saw Milly! I ran over and hugged her, Emma, and Caitlyn. "Aren't you all excited!!!?? I'm freaking out!!" I asked. "YES!! WE are actually here!!!" Emma exclaimed. "What did you all get?" I wondered. "We all got butterbeers, we wanted to live the dream." Caitlyn said. Soon our drinks arrived, and we chatted about all the exciting things that were about to happen.
After we finished our drinks, we went outside and saw a huge brick wall. A lady kindly helped us in because we didn't even own wands yet. Right when I entered I saw a long cobblestone road, and all the intricate buildings. I screamed with excitement. I ran towards Ollivanders to get my very, very first wand! The day was already off to a great start!
