The color of my skin
The size of my waist
From the length of my hair
To the shape of my faceWhy must I meet
These high standards of yours?
Conflict inside me
I'm starting a warMy self confidence
Versus my insecurities
My reassurance
Versus all the worriesI'm strong of faith
But still have doubt
Seeing my flaws
A bit clearer nowYeah my skin isn't clear
Yeah my jean's are tight
And my hair's messy
Can never get it quite rightBut I'm healthy and strong
And I woke up today
So I'll push through the battle
That I face everyday
