THE FIRST THING THAT ELIJAH SAW WAS THAT THERE WAS A DIFFERENT CARS AT THE CURB OF his house which confused him greatly as he pulled into the driveway. He managed to get Klaus away from his son and then they dipped and here they were.

The father-son duo got out of the car and Elijah was going to grab his keys to open the door but Alex just walked right in. He was going to have to talk to Sydney about leaving the door open. Did she not know that there are murders out there?

Alex had immediately gone up to his room to sleep, it was too early in the morning for him to be awake but the second he opened his bedroom door and saw a random person sleeping on one of his beds. He shuts the door quickly and races downstairs to inform his father.

"Dad! Dad! There's this random person in my room!" Alex shouts, as Elijah looks at him worriedly, looking over him to see if he was hurt.

"Stay here, I'll go check it out," Elijah tells his son as he goes upstairs and into Alex's room.

Elijah lets out an annoyed sigh it was only Stefan, pitching the bridge of his nose he closes the door and goes into his bedroom only to find Jeremy and the doppelganger snuggling with his wife.

What happened while they were gone? It was like the group of teenagers invaded his house and stole his wife. He wasn't surprised that his wife took in some teenagers. It had happened years ago, this was his life not that minded anyway.

He goes back downstairs to inform his son that there was no danger. "Everything is okay," Elijah says while Alex looks at him like he's crazy.

"Dad, there's a stranger sleeping on my bed! That is not okay!" Xander exclaims, looking at his father like he's grown three heads.

"Your mother seems to have brought home some strays," Elijah explains, informing him that there was no danger other than that doppelgänger who keeps showing up and never leaves.

The teenager's face falls and lets out a small groan, "not again. I'm going to bed." He stomps up the stairs and goes into his bedroom. It wasn't like he didn't like the fact that his mother brought home strays but the last time she did the girl had left without warning and left her mother utterly heartbroken. She had lost a daughter and he had lost an older sister.
