Everything Will Be Fine, Right?

"Wu Xie!! Xiao Ge!!" Pang Zi screamed out loud, they have fallen from the waterfall, thankfully there are not any sharp objects beneath the water or it will be dangerous. But that is not the end, he can't seem to see Xiao Ge or Wu Xie anywhere at all, he tries to dive in again but still no result, he started to panic, didn't know what to do in the middle of the water. A sudden tap on his shoulder made him turn around, he put on a happy face after finally seeing Xiao Ge holding Wu Xie by his side, he quickly helps him and both of them swim to the shore

"Wu Xie!! Wu Xie!!" Pang Zi keeps on taping his face lightly but no reaction, he holds his face and can feel his skin is as cold as ice.
"Why is he so cold?" Pang Zi eyed Xiao Ge, they can feel their heartbeat skip a beat, and their heart went cold and scared. Pang Zi trembling hand tried to feel his breath under Wu Xie's nose but he pulls his hand back doesn't dare to do it, Xiao Ge who has been silent this whole time, let out his last courage and grab his hands, trying to feel his heartbeat, and quickly nod, meaning that he is still alive

Pang Zi can finally let out the breath he has been holding and tap him again
"Wu Xie! Wu Xie!! You have to wake up, don't scare me"
Xiao Ge started to search Wu Xie's whole body for any wound that they didn't know of, followed by Pang Zi, when Pang Zi found a weird-looking scar on his legs he quickly call out Xiao Ge to take a look

Pang Zi, "Did he get bit by something?!"
Xiao Ge started to examine the wound, it looks like a needle have been pierced through his skin, but there is a hint of purple around it, meaning whatever is injected inside of him is poisonous
"Xiao Ge, do you know what it is? What should we do now?!" Pang Zi started to panic
Xiao Ge shakes his head, face full of worry, his thought is disoriented

"Let's find a way out first" Pang Zi said and tried to lift Wu Xie up
Xiao Ge scan his surrounding but he suddenly freeze and looked ahead of them, seeing this Pang Zi can't help but asked
"What is it? What's wrong?" Pang Zi
Xiao Ge: "The fastest way, is through there"
Pang Zi followed the way he is facing, that blue thing on top of the mountain which is shining brightly, the thing that made Jin Ye really agitated, he can't help but sigh "Is that really the only way?"

Along the way they didn't talk at all, just keep on focusing to climb the hills, even though they didn't say anything at all but in their heart, they know each other thoughts, after walking for a while they decided to take a rest, not wanting to exhaust their energy and can't even fight when they have to
"Xiao Ge, is it just my feeling or it feels like we have been pushed many times into danger and it always getting closer to what we avoid the most" Pang Zi said while searching something in the bag for them to eat.
Xiao Ge nodded in agreement, along the way, the things they encounter, the things they see, it is kind of connected, how can they have this very good luck to be able to find a clue anywhere they went?

"Can it be that basta*d Jin Ye? Trying to force us to open the path for him!!" Pang Zi suddenly realize this, it could be possible that he wanted them to face all the danger so that he can easily get what he want
Xiao Ge stay silent and looked at the unconscious Wu Xie, slowly stroking his wet hair out of his face. A sudden earthquake makes their heartbeat race, and the path on the cliff on top of them has collapsed, even revealing a very terrifying white mist. Xiao Ge squints his eyes, trying to see what is going on when some black shadow suddenly falls down around 15-20 meters behind them,
"It is Jin Ye, they must have stepped on some mechanism, we have to get out of here," Xiao Ge said and quickly lift Wu Xie to his back again
"What is that? Poison?" Pang Zi Pang Zi helped get Wu Xie to Xiao Ge back and they run away from there, Pang Zi suddenly got annoyed as they walked away
"That old bast**d really didn't know when to stop does he, and even saying that he wanted to become our friends and not harm us, a two-faced man indeed" Pang Zi

They decided to rest for the night in a small natural cave, Pang Zi lit up a small fire to keep Wu Xie warm, and Xiao Ge kept on examining the wound on Wu Xie's legs, while keep on holding onto Wu Xie's leg, Xiao Ge who is usually quiet has to speak out now
"Pang Zi, I think there is someone other than Jin Ye group here"
Pang Zi who has already half-asleep because he has exerted all his energy suddenly become wide awake "What do you mean?"
"Before Wu Xie falls, someone is making a bet, either we choose to save Wu Xie, or we let him fall to his death"
Hearing this Pang Zi can feel all his hair got goosebump and his nape went cold
"You mean there is someone here that wanted to separate us and make them become our enemy?" it can be possible that someone wanted them to have a conflict with Jin Ye's group, since if both groups got into casualties that can be a good thing for other to take advantages of, one more group would have disappeared that means less competition, since from the beginning the both of them have always been standing on thin ice that is ready to break anytime
Xiao Ge shakes his head "It is more like they wanted us to give up between Wu Xie or the things up there, since at that moment Wu Xie's life is in danger and when I tried to pulled him towards me, a mechanism from Jin Ye's side are activated, so it seems more like that"
"But what good will it be for them?" Pang Zi, then something click inside of him, and went mad
"Is it someone that we know, someone from the Wang Clan? They are here to get rid of Wu Xie!! But it is not possible, they should have lost their hold of power"
