Y/n's POV

"Are you going to be okay since I'll be on tour soon?" Chaewon ran her fingers through my hair.

"Of course I am," I smiled at her. "Why wouldn't I be?"

"Because I know you," she leaned over my shoulder, looking into my eyes. "And I know how much you love me."

"I'll be fine," I rubbed her arms. "I might cry but we've been through it before."

"Aish you emotional man," she kissed my cheek. "Come on."

"Huh?" I turned my head.

"Shower time," she winked.

~~TIME SKIP~~

"Just be good okay?" Chaewon cupped my cheeks. "I'll be back before you know it."

"I love you," I kissed her forehead.

"I love you too," she sighed.

Our lips met before she pulled away slowly.

"I also called Minju to come check on you," she fixed my shirt.

"Chaewon-."

"I trust you," she gave me a look. "I just....I want conformation that you're okay. You lie about your feelings and I hate that. So she will tell me otherwise."

"That's fair," I nodded. "I just don't want you to worry about me."

"Not happening," she winked. "I'll text you when I can."

I waved as she left the apartment. My heart ached but I'll be okay. This is the second time she's gone on tour.

At least in our relationship. We met a year after her debut in IZ*ONE and we hit it off well. Now it's been four years.

And we've been in the best relationship since. Any off time she's gets, she at least gives half of it to hangout with me.

I love Chaewon a lot. I've been thinking about proposing or promising to propose. Maybe Minju can help with that.

She could help me pick out a ring for Chaewon.

"Well," I looked around. "I guess I'll find something to do."

"I guess I really am an emotional man," I looked into the mirror.

My looked at my red puffy eyes in the glass. I woke up crying, but I have no recollection of the dream I had.

I washed my face, hoping the swelling of my eyelids would go down. It's only been a week since Chaewon's been gone.

And we had an argument over the phone. She yelled at me for not letting Minju come in the apartment to hang out.

But I had work so I didn't want her to be here alone by herself for seven hours. Chaewon hung up on me before shutting her phone off.

I get that she wants to keep an eye on me, but I think Minju coming every other day is a bit much. All we do is have a five minute conversation then she leaves.

There was a knock on the door making me go to it quickly. I opened the door seeing Minju.

"Hey," she waved. "So, I brought pizza and rented some science fiction movies."
