Chapter 6- Let me go (bad ending)

The church bells started to ring, all the people started to come in, it was baptism Sunday. All the people who wanted to be baptized got into a shirt and shorts. One by one they went into the tub and was baptized by Father Daniel. David watched from the pews, he sat next to Harrison, he started to notice David was nervous, Harrison turns to David.

"Is something wrong David?"

"Huh? Oh! Nothings wrong! Just... a tad tired is all..."

Harrison looks back up to the stage, he saw only a few people are left. Harrison looks back up at David.

"David..? If I get baptized... will you think my mom and dad... will you think it will make them happy?"

"Oh Harrison, you should do it for you! Not for your parents!"

David stoped and noticed, strangely how he said that, he wouldn't normally speak that way.

"Hmm... can you... can you do it with me?"

David looks up at Daniel, then back down at Harrison.

"Okay, I can do it with you!"

David holds Harrison's hand as they walk up to the stage, he let Harrison go first. The crowd went wild and clapped for the young boy, excited for him, believing in God. Then it was David's turn, David was nervous, he gently gets up into the bath, he sits on the seat in the water. Daniel smiles down at David.

"You are going though with this, hm?"

David nods. Daniel grabs David's hand and places it to pinch his nose and the other behind his head.

"Do you take God as your creator, Heavenly Father, and Jesus as your lord and savior?"

David nods. "Yes"

"On the profession of your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and in obedience to his command, I now baptize you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"

He dunks David under the water, the church all rises and claps for David. He was the last one, the second David rises from the water, he felt a weight on his chest, his ears started ringing, but he tries to ignore it. He gets up out of the tub and grabs the towel to dry off. After Daniel's sermon, it was time to let the people do confessions.

Daniel waits till no one is watching, he takes David into the right side of the confessional box. David was nervous.

"Isn't this against... you know your religion or trust to have me in here?"

Daniel smiles and just pets his hair.

"No one will know you are here... just... do what I asked darling~ you'll get a reward of you do a good job keeping quiet"

David gets on his knees and started to quietly suck on Daniel. He pets David's head and tries to stay calm. The first person comes in, he shuffles around and takes a big sigh. He turns to the grated window.

"Forgive me Father, for I have sinned, it has been... 2 weeks since my last confession"

"Tell me my child, what are you here to confess?"

"I... I cheated on my wife with another, I feel so guilty, I was drunk, and so angry with her, out of impulse I went to my friends house and had sex with her. I don't know what to do!"

David was listening to their conversation, he could hear the man's voice, it sounded so familiar, he swear he has heard it before, then it clicked! It was the head police officer. David started to go faster and didn't notice how deep he was going, Daniel puts his hand on David's head.
