Chapter 2

Sometimes I just hate my job because people here can be a pain in the ass, but I had to because I needed the money since my allowance can't cover the Xbox expanse. I did own an Xbox by my stupid little sister wanted to play the role of Bob the fixer and decided that it needs to be fix and by fix she destroyed it and I needed the money to buy new games and let's not forget the gas money.

I've been working in the dinner for like a 4 months and I'm not even close to cover half of the Xbox price, I needed to buy a new Xbox so badly and a couple of new games but I didn't have enough money to buy them.

I walked around the place handing the foods and taking orders, this is really tiring.

"Excuse me" A girl called out.

"Hi, what can I get you?" I said nicely.

"Can I have a strawberry milkshake and a plate of fries, please" she said sweetly.

"And you?" I looked over to the guy she was sitting with.

"Lady's choice, what do you recommend?" He flirted.

I rolled my eyes.

"This place is famous for their mashed potato, burgers and grilled cheese sandwich, so what can I get you?" I said.

"Burger it is" He winked at me and ignored him.

"Anything to drink"

"Chocolate Milkshake"

"I'll be back with your orders in a few minutes" I offered a smile and I walked away.

I went over to the kitchen and hand the paper on the string for the cooker to see, than headed back to the costumers.

I waited for the sound of the dig since the place wasn't that bust because it was about closing time.

When I heard the ding I took the food and milkshakes and placed them on the tray than walked over to the two costumers, I placed their food in front of them and was about to leave when the girl spoke up.

"Mmmm... what school do you go too?" She asked.

"East high" I said confused "Why?"

"Great, I'm new here and going to attend there too, me and my twin brother" She smiled "sophomore, I'm Lillian and that's Michel"

I smiled "I'm Jade"

"Do you want to hang out tomorrow?" She offered with a smile.

I nodded and she gave me her phone and I gave her mine.
