Eleanor's POV
I held my large belly as we walked up to my parents porch. I was now four and half months pregnant. Next month, we go for an ultrasound to find out the baby's gender. I want a girl and Ivana said she doesn't care."Hey- oh?" Brianna greeted.
Brianna's my older sister. She's married to a guy named Ben. They've been married for two years now.
"Hey, Bri," I smiled.
"Don't hey, Bri me! What's this?" She said.
"Let us in and we'll explain," I said.
She stepped aside and let us in. Everyone was already in the living room. All eyes turned to us and furrowed in confusion. I sat on the sofa with Ivana.
"Okay," I sighed, "I'm pregnant."
"No shit," Brianna stated.
I laughed, "this is Ivana... She just graduated."
"What!" Mom shouted.
"Before you start with the lecture, you had Brianna when you were sixteen," I said, earning an eye roll.
"Yes but your father wasn't my teacher," my mom said.
"at least Ivana and I are both legal," I shot back.
"Enough," my father said, "how far along are you?"
"Four and a half months," I said, "we have an appointment next month to find out the gender."
"What took you so long to tell us?" My mom frowned, sitting beside me.
She rubbed my stomach soothingly as I replied.
"We weren't ready to tell anybody," I said.
"And you, do your parents know," my father directed at Ivana.
"Yes, sir," she said.
"Call me Paul. Are they supportive?" dad said.
"Yes," Ivana said.
"Oh, right," I said, "Ivana, that's Brianna and Ben, my sister and her husband. And my mom Diane and dad Paul."
"Nice to meet you all," Ivana smiled politely.
"Nice to meet you, dear," mom said, "do you have any baby names?"
"Not yet," I said, "we want to find out the gender first."
"Are you going to keep your apartment?" Dad asked, "a friend of mine is selling his house if you want to check it out. It's quite nice."
"That'd be nice, dad," I said, "thank you. We do need to find a house soon."
