(Eun-Ji's POV)

(What Eun-Ji is wearing)
I arrive at the restaurant with Ji-Won.
"Woah, this looks expensive. I envy you Ji-Won, you have such a rich and handsome boyfriend." I joke.
Ji-Won chuckles. "You'll find someone one day, just as perfect, Eun-Ji."
"Well, I hope so. I've went on over 30 blind dates and tried dating apps. Nothing worked. It's either my standard is too high or it's just me in general.." I sigh, thinking about all those failed attempts.
Ji-Won puts her arm around my neck. She encourages me to try harder.
We both make our way into the restaurant, walking up to the receptionist at the front desk.
"Welcome! Do you guys have a reservation?" The lady in the front asks.
"Oh, we're meeting someone here. He made one. His name is Joshua." Ji-Won replies.
"Oh, okay! This way please." She directs us up the tall stairs of the restaurant. The view is amazing, the restaurant is full of windows.
A guy is sitting down waiting for us, Joshua.
"Oh you guys are here. Here, sit down." Joshua gets up and pulls the chairs out for Ji-Won and I.
"ooh. Such a gentleman, right Ji-Won?" I tease.
"Stop it Eun-Ji-" she says, shyly.
Joshua chuckles as he sees his flustered girlfriend. "You look beautiful today Ji-Won."
"Oh stop it! You know I can't take compliments.." Ji-Won looks down, avoiding eye contact with Joshua.
Eun-Ji notices the both of them. "We should order..! I'm so hungry I might go insane." I say, as I take the menu from the middle of the table.
They order their food.
-waiting-
"Ji-Won," I look at her with puppy eyes.
"Oh my god. What do you want." She recognizes my eyes.
"Can you pretty please do my essay for me.!!!"
I beg."I knew it." She sighs.
"Maybe not all of it but can you please help me on it? You know I suck at grammar.." I grin.
"I can't." She declines firmly.
"Please.!!!"
"I seriously can't Eun-Ji. I have to go out early tomorrow for an event. I have to sleep early." She says.
"aww..I don't think I'll be able to finish it by tomorrow morning, the professor is going to kill me." I sigh.
Joshua notices the two. "Hey, how about I help Eun-Ji with her work? I'm free tomorrow so I'm able to stay up late. I'm really good at those things too." Joshua suggests.
"..really??! Please and thank you! You're a lifesaver Joshua!" I say, excitedly. I turn around to Ji-Won, waiting for her approval.
"oh. Yeah, Shua can you please help her on that? I would help her if I wasn't busy tomorrow but I am. Thanks a lot babe." Ji-Won smiles.
The night wraps up quickly and they finish their dinner. Eun-Ji and Joshua wave goodbye to Ji-Won, they have to go together to work on the essay.
• Ji-Won leaves •
"You're okay with going to my house right? I live alone." Joshua asks, not wanting to make Eun-Ji feel uncomfortable.
"Yeah, I'm okay with that. By the way, thanks a lot. I really don't want to get scolded for the one hundredth time. The professor is more like my dad than my actual dad." I say, sighing.
Joshua laughs. "Oh come on, he can't be that bad."
"Oh he's bad alright. He once yelled at me in front of the entire class because I slept during class, my worst fear is being watched my many people. It gives me anxiety. Let's not talk about bad memories, let's just get it over with." I say, opening the front passenger seat to his car.
< Sorry for the bad grammar!! By the way, nothing in this is real. This is all my imagination. I also apologize for making such a bad plot. They're both red flags so read only if you enjoy those. >
