54. Self Crises

The environment of the meeting room was laced with tension. Even if a person sees from outside can tell it. Currently I was sitting there with the director, Taehyung by my side. Listening to the report from the week.

"Mr. So are you trying to mock me if my husband handles business on my behalf."

"No, Mr. Jeon you are not grasping to the critical situation, your husband Mr. Jeon Taehyung isn't in the position to represent on your behalf given that he has no shares to his name. This made a negative impact on foreign delegations, we are fearing if our share rates drops due to it."

"I didn't hear any negative feedback from them, Mr. Jung would you care to enlight Mr. So about our current share rates and status."

Hoseok cleared his throat, pressing a button on the controller to change the screen displayed. "There is no change in rating of our company and share rates. You can see the bar going with stablity since the past week. However, I should add that......" Hoseok glanced around the room then fixing his eyes back on the screen. "..... These kind of rumors can have impact in near future because, Mr. Jeon Taehyung has no legal authority to represent you in any meeting. It would be better if COO or a director attend on your behalf." Hoseok rested the controller on the table.

"Alright... I'll find solution to it shortly, you don't have to worry yourself on it Mr. So." I announced and left the room.

Kim Taehyung

I knew, if I made appearances on his behalf the directors in the company would question it critically and there would be only one solution to it. I smiled following behind Jungkook also, Mr. Jung was accompanying us.

"I am sorry hyung, I shouldn't have not been there on your behalf, I gave them a chance to point at you." I sighed as he settled himself on couch in his office and gestured Mr. Jung to take the seat.

"Come here love.... You don't have to apologize, you did what need to be done." he held out his hand to pull me besides him in the couch.

"Mr. Jung I appreciate your honesty in the meeting room; however, it would be better if you say such things to me in private rather infront of whole board."

I witnessed Mr. Jung gulping down harshly before speaking, "I didn't mean to offend you or your husband Mr. Jeon, I apologize for earlier. I couldn't help it because I hear gossips going around that might not reach your offfice but revolving around whole Jeon Corp." Mr. Jung sighed.

"What are those gossips?" Jungkook questioned him furrowing his eyebrows. He becomes different when it comes to his company.

"I am sorry... I didn't mean to..."Mr. Jung stalled.

"You better speak Mr. Jung, I don't have whole day..."

"Yes sir umm.... Given the past of Mr. Jeon Taehyung, your husband.... The board directors are not liking it on the top of that he attending meetings and making deals on your behalf isn't sitting well with the situation. You are aware that people speak when something isn't fully legal. Mr. Jeon has no legal right to represent you."

"But I am the one who signs at the end...."

"Still he appears on meeting representing the company. I don't have opinion about it but I am telling you what is going on. People might see it as a chance to rebel against you."

There was silence in the room, I glanced at Mr. Jung and lowered my eyes to my lap.

"Hmmm...alright.... Then I shall make appointment with my lawyers to transfer half of my shares in Taehyung's name." Jungkook announced.

"Yes, this would be appropriate to avoid future inconvenience, then he will legally have the right and no one will be able to talk to go behind your back for doing something out of the line being a Ceo."

"You may go now Mr. Jung and keep this matter confidential." Jungkook said, Mr. Jung nodded, bowed and left the room.

"Hyung, you can't do that... I am not entitled to have anything belong to you."

"You are Taehyung.... You are my husband, I don't want anyone to look down upon you. Like that you will be equal to me in this company."

"Still... I don't want to Jungkook. I did not earn any of it. I am not afraid of anyone talking things about me. I know you love me and it'll be all." I held his both hands.

"I know you don't need it, you are selfless Taehyung. But I want you to have it, I own 56% shares of this company, so I'll transfer half of them in your name."

"Why I...."

"Taehyung, I would be going to China more often to supervise work there once in a while, then you've to represent me. This will help you doing so. I don't want these people to mock you in any way. What I have is yours, including me."

"Hyung...." I protested but he pulled me into an hug, kissing the top of my head.

"I'll give no reason to anyone to look down upon the man I love, I would give my life in a heartbeat for you Taehyung."

I pulled back to look in his eyes, I was scared and it was right I found no doubt in his eyes about the words he said. "So, don't stop me from doing anything for you." he smiled placing his lips softly on mine, letting me know sincerity of his intentions towards me.

He pulled me softly towards himself, kissing me so softly yet with passion. "I love you Taehyung. I will love you till the of my days and I am lucky to have you in my life."

I placed my head on his shoulder because I had no courage to look him in the eye for some reason, "I wish it was like that." I mumbled which he did not hear.

They say everything is fair in love and war. Right now I am fighting a war, I have been from years. In that one I am almost close to the end. However, I am afraid of another war that has started inside me.

I know this war would be thousand folds tough and heavy on my whole being than the past one. I can't step back now, it's too late. From here I will only go forward even if it means that I lose the war inside me.

Because when you set yourself on the path of revenge then your inner wars doesn't matter. I was innocent once, but I was wounded brutally and left to die. Now, on the path to revenge why my heart is coming in the way to save an innocent? Who would be affected in it. I glanced at Jungkook who was fondly looking at me.

It shouldn't matter none of it should matter, I closed my eyes sighing at a mess of my inner thoughts.

"Taehyung, starting tomorrow, the shoots are scheduled for French Brand. We will start promotions in a day, so we will be fully prepared till the opening which will be in two week. You will accompany me to the shoot tomorrow morning love."

"Sure Hyung." I smiled.
