Sunghoon's P.O.V

I'm sitting next to Ahra, listening to their conversation from when they were little. Them talking about little Ahra almost made me smile but then that Mark guy had to go ahead and blatantly flirt with her in front of all of us.

"When I was little though. I loved your little laugh and your smile, even though you had a chipped tooth. But, when you left, I guess I realized, it might be unrealistic." Ahra says and I let out a sigh. I wonder what it's like to be talked about in that manner. She must have liked him a lot.

"Well, it's kind of realistic now. So, if you ever change your mind I'll be here." He says, making me roll my eyes. Is this guy for real? I hope she doesn't like him like that cause he just seems like a pain.

Mr. and Mrs. Song are now saying goodbye to everybody, everyone bidding each other goodbye. I'm standing by the door, waiting for Ahra to finish saying goodbye to everyone. Mark approaches her and they both give each other a hug. Once they finally break the hug, they just look at each other.

"I really did miss you, bee." Mark says and Ahra smiles, looking at the floor before looking back up.

"I missed you too, Marker." Ahra says. Mark suddenly leans in and plants a kiss on Ahra's cheek, before walking away and going to his car. He looks back to see a blushing Ahra. Gosh, I really hate that he did that. I should have tackled him for kissing her without her consent. I mean, I am her bodyguard, I have that authority.

"Ready to go?" I ask her and she looks at me, giving me a nod and I wait for her to walk to the car to then follow behind her.

We get into the car and the car drives off.

"Ahra?" I call for her and she whips her head to look at me.

"Yeah?" She asks.

"Why did he call you bee?" I ask her. "If that's not too personal." I say, making sure it's ok I ask her that. She smiles and nods.

"It's fine. When I was little, I got stung by a bee and ever since then I was super afraid to go outside in fear of being stung again. Mark would come to play, but just stayed inside with me and we played inside until I wasn't afraid anymore. He decided to nickname me 'bee'. I also called him Marker because when we were little, he liked to sniff markers so much his parents had to throw out all the markers in their house. Also, take away the 'er' and you get his name. Minji's nickname was jellyfish because she loved jelly. She would just eat it straight out of the bottle. So, yeah, those were our nicknames for each other when we were little." She says, smiling as she reminisces. This is probably the most she has opened up to me and I kind of like it.

"Do you still like him? You think you'd maybe even marry him?" I ask her, for some reason, hoping her answer would be no.

"Nah, he's handsome and just as sweet as I remember but I got over him a long time ago. I don't see myself ever marrying him, to be honest." She says and I nod, I look back out the window to hide my smile. I'm glad I got that answer.

Ahra's P.O.V

Today is my first day of work and I'm feeling confident in myself. It has been a week since the dinner with the Choi's, making today Monday, January 9th. Minji, Mark, and I will all be working in the same building today. I'm in charge of the building and one other. Minji will be working alongside me but also taking care of some of her dads company's important duties.

I do light makeup and dress in a button down shirt and an appropriate skirt. Once I'm certain I look presentable, I head downstairs and eat breakfast. After a while, Sunghoon makes his way into the kitchen.
