Ch 26

| Stephanie's POV |
I was silent the whole way home. I was thinking maybe they were going to ask different types of questions but with the same topic.
We finally got home and I sat dow on the couch pulling the blanket to cover me up.
"Babe do you want to eat something? I can make you a sandwich if you want." Matt said.
"No I'm fine.." I said and started smiling.
"Why are you smiling?" He asked.
"You almost called me your wife" I said smiling.
"Oh haha. Well hopefully I'll call you that one day." he said.
"Yea hopefully.." I said.
"Are you sure you don't want to eat? I can order something or pick something up. I really want you to eat." He said.
"Well.. I really want ice cream.. And pizza." I said laughing.
"Ok I'll order pizza and go pick it up and get ice cream along the way." He said.
"Thank you." I said and kissed him.
After he ordered the pizza, we were just laying down watching t.v. When Matt's phone rang.
"It's the police department.." He said answering it.
"Hello." He said.
"What?!! Are you serious!!? Oh my god! We'll be right there!! Yes thank you!! Oh my god!!" He said hanging up.
"Babe what's wrong?!!" I asked.
"They found them!! They found our babies!!" He said.
"Oh my god!! Matt are you serious!! Let's go!!" I yelled and ran out.
"Oh my god! I can't believe it! I have to tell Cameron!!" I said pulling out my phone.
"Where did he go by the way?" I asked.
"He went to a friends house for a while. And by a while I mean like a couple days." I said.
I started dialing his number.
"Cameron guess what?!!" I said loudly in the car.
"What?" He said.
"They found the babies!" I said tearing up.
"Really?! Where are you going!?" He asked.
"To the police department!" I said.
"I'll be right there!" He said and hung up.
We got to the police station and I didn't wait for the car to come to a complete halt. I jumped out and ran in.
"Miss. Careful! We don't want no accidents in here." A sheriff said referring to my running.
"Sorry sir but my boyfriend over here was called because my children were found!" I said.
"Matthew! Stephanie! In here." A deputy called out.
I grabbed Matt's hand and walked by his side.
"Please. Have a seat." He said.
We sat down.
"Now. Mr. Espinosa over here didn't let me explain myself very clearly. We did find your babies. Although, I can guarantee you, they are not in good condition. They are with the coroner right now. Seeing what damages have come to them and if they need any serious medical attention." He said.
"Can we see them?" I asked with teary eyes.
"Of course. The coroner will come get you when they're ready to be seen." He said.
"Can we know who did this? Do you guys know who kidnapped them?" Matt asked.
"That's what I was getting too. We did find who was behind all this. But not who the actual kidnappers were." He said.
"Well who were they?" I asked.
"Stephanie!! Oh God where are they? Are they ok?!" Cameron came in asking a bunch of questions.
"Yes they are fine." I said.
"Oh good!" He said sounding relieved.
"Young man. Why don't you take a seat." The deputy said.
Cameron sat down.
"Now you wanted to know who was behind all of this.. Well the person behind all of this was..."
