| Stephanie's POV |
"What the hell was that?!" I asked as I walked over to comfort the kids.
"Nothing! He was just being a douche!" He yelled.
"Daddy!" Mason yelled as he ran over to him.
Matt grabbed him and picked him up.
"It's ok baby!" He said to Mason.
"Matt! That was not ok! You guys were beating each other! What did he say?!" I asked.
"Nothing!! Don't worry about it!" He yelled.
"There's no need to yell!" I said standing up to quiet him down.
"I'll see you guys later!!" He said as he put Mason down and just walked out the door with the keys.
I scoffed.
An hour later, Matt hasn't texted me or anything on where he was. I sent him a couple messages, but he ha at responded. I was getting worried, but not too much. We still had like 7 hours before it got dark.
"Mommy!" Marissa said.
"What?" I asked.
"Hungwy!" She said.
I sighed and got up to go make food for all three of us. I made spaghetti, and we ate. The kids got really messy, so I gave them a shower.
"You guys stink!" I said as I put them in the tub.
"No we don't!!" They said.
I laughed and finished washing them.
I dressed Marissa in a pink shirt that says, Daddy's Girl. And some black sandals, with a pair of shorts. And I dressed Mason in a blue plain shirt with khaki shorts and black vans.
"You guys look so cute!" I said taking my phone out so I can take a picture.
I posted it on Instagram, captioned, My Babes 👫❤️.
I posted it. I heard the doorbell ring, and I went to go open it, and There was Cameron.
"What are you doing here?" I asked.
"Where's Matt?" He asked.
"I don't know. he left." I said.
"To where?" He asked.
"I don't know." I said.
"Well when he comes back, tell him to come by my apartment." He said as he started to leave.
"Wait Cameron!" I said stopping him.
"What?" He asked.
"What happened? Why did you guys start fighting?!" I asked.
"Nothing. Don't worry about it." He said.
"No! I want to know!" I said.
"I just said some stuff that I shouldn't have.." He said.
"Like what?!" I asked.
"That he was just using you for sex.. And that I don't know how you guys ended up together because in high school, he was pushing you up against lockers and beating the shit out of you." He said.
"Why would you say that?!" I asked.
"I don't know! I was just mad!" He said.
Whatever. I'll tell him you stopped by." I said closing the door as he walked out.
Now that I think about it, I have no idea, what caused me to like him so much if all he did was hurt me. I honestly can't pin point it, on how we ended up together. But I love him. I wouldn't trade on being someone else, for anything
"Mommy! We watch movie?" Mason asked.
I smiled and nodded. I put on Monsters University, and they were into it. After watching 3 movies, it was already dark out.
I called Matt, but he didn't answer.
I liked at the kids and saw Mason chasing Marissa.
"Mike wazozki!" He yelled.
I laughed at their silliness. Mason reminds me so much of Matt. I wish Matt was here right now.
| Matt's POV |
I left the house to get some air. After hours passed, I ended up in front of a club and walked in.
I showed my I.D and they let me in.
I immediately went to the bar and got some drinks. I was on my 6 drink, when a girl walked up to the bar. She was really pretty. The kind a girl, my old high school self would want to hook up with. But I love Stephanie. But Cameron was right, I don't know how we ended up together.
"Hey! I'm Julie!" She said introducing herself.
I just smiled.
"You were staring at me, so I thought I'd introduce myself." She said.
"I'm Matt." I Said.
"Well Matt.. Are you here with anyone." She asked as she downed her drink.
I finished my two drinks and felt quiet dizzy.
"No! But I hope I leave with someone." I said staring at her body.
"That can be arranged." She said coming closer.
I leaned in and we kissed. It turned into a make out session, and we both stood up and walked to the dance floor. She swayed her hips against my private area. I moaned at the feeling.
"What do you say we get out of here?" I asked her.
She smiled and grabbed my hand.
We got a cab and got outside the apartments.

I was now anxious. Matt has been gone the whole day and he hasn't called or texted.
"Mommy! Where's daddy?" Marissa asked.
"I don't know." I said.
Then I heard someone trying to open the front door. I rushed to it, and opened.
Only to find Matt holding another girl, and he was drunk.
