Hii! So, I've decided to put my girl El in Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw so ignore the aesthetic I made for her. I will change it soon <3

Which house do you think she'll be in?

Happy reading!

"And you will be sorted into your houses." Minerva McGonagall continued.

Eleanor Miller felt massively out of place at this moment as she stood next to panicking first years, picking at her nails.

"Eleanor Miller!" The second her name was called, the girl's head shot up as the professor read her name out and beckoned her forward.

She moved to sit on a wooden stool while the sorting hat was placed upon her head.

(The sorting hat talking will be in bold <3)

"Hmm. A Miller. Haven't seen one of these in a long time. You could be great you know. It's all in your head."

"Exactly! That's why I should be in Slytherin." El murmured. "Don't let me down you fucking dusty hat."

"Well that's just rude. Anyway, back to what I was saying, you also have a strong passion and are kind. But you are also very brave and quick-witted. You're a tough one. Slytherin, they don't deserve you. I think..."

"HUFFLEPUFF!"

Eleanor froze in shock. Hufflepuff?! What would her parents think? Minerva urged the girl onward to the table.

The girl slowly sat down and someone from the blue-coloured table turned around.

"Hey, are you alright? I'm Lydia by the way, Lydia Rose. You looked pretty shocked to be sorted into Hufflepuff. Are you a fifth year like me or-"

"My parents are going to kill me." El said absentmindedly, her face going worriedly white.

"Well, shit. Hope you don't die. I'm calling you El by the way and we're going to be best friends!"

"Alright."

...

"Hey, you! New girl! Yes, you!"

"What do you want, Potter?" Eleanor Gracelyn Miller asked impatiently.

"What's your name? You didn't tell me on the train when you stormed out with Lilyflower."

"Lilyflower? Is that the best nickname you could come up with for Lily?"

"Yep. Pretty much."

"Anyway, my name is Eleanor."

"Cool. I'm Ja-"

"I know." El walked past him muttering words in French.

"Well, okay then." He said, walking back to his friends in the opposite direction.

This year was going to be fun.
