TW: mentions of child abuse, death, and murder.

Clear watches in disbelief as the redhead sits on the hospital bed of a small child, one that was covered head to toe in bruises. The Demon said nothing as she held the girl's hand as she slept peacefully.

"She's showing her a dream of her mother," Castiel explains, watching the memory. The empath noticed that Thana's aura was a lot brighter than she'd ever seen on her, but her eyes told a different story. She's seen that same fury in her plenty of times before.

"That was Sidney Becker. She was my sister's first taste of feeling helpless which turned into sadness before acceptance," Castiel explained as Clear gave him a look of confusion.

"Was?" The empath questioned as she watched the tiny girl smile in her sleep. She must have been enjoying the dream that Thana was giving to her.

"For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Before Thana, there was another Death, Harald. He was sloppy and had little care for the balanced design," The Angel explained, handing Clear the young girl's hospital chart.

"The year before this, he reaped Sidney's mother, but he shouldn't have. In this case, taking Sidney's mother would have set off an event of chain reaction so volatile that it wouldn't be good for the event in life, but he reaped her anyway-".

Castiel watched as Clear read through all the notes, tears dropping from her eyes, seeing the pitful and cruel things this girl had been subjected to. "My sister was furious, and before anyone knew it, Harald was gone, and everyone knew why."

A sneer appears on Thana's face when Sidney's father walks into the room, and Clear feels her heart stop knowing why. The man made a big scene over the small girl, and Thana's hand clenched by her hands.

"Sidney died. She didn't stand a chance against him. Thana blamed Harald and fate's design, but she also held a little anger toward our father." Clear blinked at Castiel's words.

She never thought she'd hear of Thana being angry at the Devil.

"After little Sidney died, her father was never caught or suspected. Times were different back then-" The Angel added, motioning to the date on the paperwork. "Thana wanted to reap the father, but it wasn't his time. She was so saddened by the unjust of it all she just accepted that was the design".

The scene changed as Castiel took Clear through many other memories of Thana putting her own feelings aside, almost as if she were locking that good part of her away.

Her aura grew darker over time, and she became more cynical and generally malicious. Bad people seemed to get worse deaths as time passed, but Thana held firm in the face of injustice.

Then it came time, and Clear found herself in a dark room. She recognized the person Thana was stalking. "That's him," She gasps, it was Sidney's father, but now he was grey and older.

Clear watches in fear as Thana taunts the older man as she toys with him, her aura black with grief and anger. Her smirk was wicked; she was enjoying this torture very much, the man begged and pleaded for her to stop, but she didn't.

In a way, Clear understood the redhead. She had gotten revenge for little Sidney. The girl could not help herself in the face of her father, but Thana could do that for her. "I thought you were showing me Thana being good?" The blonde winces covering her eyes.

Castiel clicks his fingers, and once again, they see Thana helping a woman cross over after being attacked and murdered. The redhead was nothing but patient with the trembling hysterical victim.
