Clear runs through the hospital, gasping when she rushes into a particular stoic angel. "Castiel-..." The seer says, seeing him. "We've figured out a way to stop Thana. I have to go find Eugene."

The angel tilts his head, glancing at Clear. "You've found a way?" The idea of a group of humans stopping his younger sister was inconceivable, but he'd heard of them doing incredible things before.

"Get to Kimberly. She'll tell you about the vision she just had. We're gonna beat her this time!" Clear says as she walks backward before turning and rushing to look at the wall signs to figure out which way to go to Eugene's room.

"What visions?" Castiel calls to her, but the blonde just waves him off as she continues running down the hospital hall, not paying him much attention in her pursuit. "I wasn't sending Kimberly any visions."

Thana glances up, seeing Clear appear at the door to Eugene's room. She smirks, waving at the empath, "Clear, I'm starting to think you like me. I can't talk to anyone without you showing up..."

"Stop it, Thana!" Clear yells through the door, glaring at the redhead, but doesn't see anything a miss in the room. Eugene is still in bed, his eyes wide and pleading. "Don't worry Eugene, I'm coming-..."

"Wouldn't do that if I were you," Thana grins as Eugene starts to scream as Clear from the bed. Seeing the man screaming around the breathing tube, the empath's face drops, and she pushes the door open.

The redhead grins, and suddenly, a fireball ignites in the room, killing Eugene instantly. But then everything freezes—the flames, the chaos outside the room, the fire alarms—it all just stops, still and silent.

Everything except the searing pain Clear felt as if the fire was still surrounding her and licking at her skin.

Thana appears by the blonde as she looks at her with a sigh. "I think I'm actually going to miss you, Clear. You played the game well, but now... it's game over," she whispers in her ear with a hiss and disappears from view.

The fire tears through Clear and explodes, sending a metal shelving unit down the hall. Kimberly gasps and pulls Thomas to the floor, saving him instinctively.

Alarms ring out as the hall fills with smoke; the pair sit up to see the charred body of Clear Rivers in front of them. "Oh God, no!" Kimberly screams as Burke pulls her away.

As chaos goes on around them, Kimberly is sucked into another vision, this time paired with the lake. She sees the end of the accident as the pregnant lady gets out of her van, gasping as she sees the event. "I don't think Isabella was ever supposed to die in that pileup."

Burke glances at her in shock as he pulls her from the hall, listening to her mumble about the vision as people rush around them. "Bloody hands. It's me. The premonitions are about me." Kimberly says, gazing down at her shaking hands.

"Crash cart." A female doctor yells, pushing the piece of machinery down the hall. "Let's go! Move it!"

"Dr. Kalarjian, ECG machine," the brunette mumbles as she glances towards the hospital entrance, where an ambulance pulls up to the door. "The lake, the white van."

"What are you talking about?" Burke asks, grabbing her arms in concern as he listens to the female muttering to herself.

A gust of wind blows on a newspaper clipping, catching Kimberly's eye almost as if someone was sending her a sign: "New life." She whispers to herself in realization, "I know what I have to do to save us. I have to die."

"No, that's crazy. You can't give up now. We have to fight this thing," Burke tells Kimberly, looking at her in desperation and concern, trying to keep her from doing something insane.

Kimberly leans forward, pressing a chaste kiss to his cheek as she whispers, "Get Kalarjian." The brunette rushes out of the hospital as Burke tries to follow, only for the doors to shut and start malfunctioning with electricity.

"Wow... you have to see them go, but I love watching them run," Thana says from behind the cop. "Or... something like that, right?" The redhead grins as the male turns to look at her fearfully. "I'm not well versed in human idioms..."

Before Thana can say anything else, the telltale flutter of wings appears behind her, and she turns to see her brother glaring at her: "Castiel, there you are... Kimbo's a little busy right now on a goose chase."

The angel glances outside, seeing Kimberly driving the van, and he starts putting it all together: "You... those visions were from you. After every vision, they all died. Those visions weren't to help them; you were guiding them to the demise."

"Well, look who woke up to smell the roses," Thana grins as she stands opposite her older brother. "I thought I would take a page out of your book, but Clear was right, you know... what if this whole thing was one big plan... to have all my loose ends in one place. The big finale..."

"This needs to stop, Thana. You've gotten away with enough," Castiel says, glaring at his younger sister. I can't let you get away with things anymore. Putting you in your box clearly did nothing-...

The demon smirked as she glanced around the hospital. The wind picked up, and lightning struck outside. "Ooh, big brother's getting angry... I can get angry too..." she whispers as the hospital shakes.

Burke watches the two beings with fear on his face as they seemingly create natural disasters without blinking.

Thana turns to Burke, and the doors suddenly open when Castiel clicks his fingers. "Go!" he orders, and the cop rushes out towards the lake where the ambulance is sinking.

Focusing everything he has on running, he doesn't look back. Armed with the knowledge of what just happened, he needs to save Kimberly. New life would save them from Thana. He understood now, or so he thought.

A storm begins to brew as the fire in the hall grows, but that's when he notices no one is moving. The area has stopped as if it's frozen in time.

"You know what I like about hospitals?" Thana whispers, glancing at the angel. "Neutral grounds. It's even playing fields for us. Although people whisper to Grandpa praying for him and his light-... there's nothing Godly about this place."

"I thought the world was corrupt, brother... but it's the people in it," The demon hisses at him "You waste your time trying to save them, Cas. Humans are inherently bad, and that's why... this place isn't so neutral as it should be"

Thana steps closer with a smirk. "You think this was just for them? Your survivors? No, this is where you were supposed to be all along, big brother. You and I both know there's no such thing as neutral," she says, her eyes filling with a black hue.

"You were right. Nothing can stop me—not you, not my seal, not Dad," the redhead says, expressionless as the hospital shakes. "I knew you were up to something, but I didn't think for a moment-..."

Electricity hits as the windows start to crack, but Thana sniffs with a serious expression. "Say hi to Daddy when you see him," she whispers as the sound of chains lingers through the air.

Castiel is confused until distant barks get closer, and his face drops in fear. "Thana-... you didn't," he trembles as the noises get louder. Two chains appear from nowhere, wrapping around his wrists.

Hellhounds bound down the hall, their sights set on the angel. They leap, latching on to him, as the figure of my usually sleepy brother walks behind them calmly.

"Thana! No!" Castiel screams as Belphagor clicks his fingers, and a fire circle appears under the angel. His screams filled the area as the hounds dragged him to hell.

"No one escapes death, Cas, not even you," the demon whispers, watching her brother claw and beg as Belphie disappears with him.
