Saturday came to quickly for your liking. Word had already spread about Prince Yoongi choosing a village girl as his bride, though rumors had begun to get out of hand as to who it was. Thankfully they hadn't figured out it was you yet. Naomi pinned your hair back in an intricate fashion that you could never manage to do yourself.

"Why are treating me like your personal doll?" You questioned as she carefully put a red tinted lipstick on your lips.
"You are a princess now. You need to look the part."
"Naomi. I'm in a dress made from old, recycled dresses that were falling apart. Nothing about me looks like a princess and I won't be one until he and I marry." At the mention of the marriage Naomi squeals causing, you to flinch back.

"I'm going to be best friends with a queen!"
"That's the part you're excited about?" You roll your eyes when a knock on the door draws you in. Naomi answers it and smiles.

"Good morning. I am here to escort Miss Y/N to the palace for her meeting with the king and princes." You turn the corner and find an unknown man bowing to your friend. A sword situated on his hip and a very stern aura clues you into him more than likely being one of the royal guards.
"I'm ready. I'll be home for supper Naomi. Make sure the garden is tended to it needs watered today." She pretends to ignore you and shoos you out the door.

The guard opens the car door and holds your hand as you step in. He seats himself on the seat opposite you and calls for the driver to make his way back to the castle.
The ride is silent as you try to focus on things out the window and not the stern guard seated in front of you. He clears his throat, and you turn to look at him.

"Forgive me miss, I failed to introduce myself. I am Sir Felix, head of his majesty's royal guard." He bows his head lightly before giving you a smile. His entire face changes with it easing your nerves a bit.
"The king sent his best man to pick up a common girl from the village?" Felix shook his head with a smile.
"Prince Yoongi appointed this task to me. He made it very clear that he wanted you to arrive safely and at ease." A blush spread on your cheeks at this. Why would someone being forced to marry a stranger want someone so important to look after their safety. You shook the thought from your head as the castle came into view.

As Felix helped you from the car, Prince Namjoon and another male were at the doors to greet you.
"I trust that you had a pleasant ride?" You nodded at Namjoon as you curtsied.
"You don't need to do that to us, feel free to act informal with us. We're family now. This is my eldest brother, Prince Seokjin."
"It is nice to finally meet the girl that has managed sneak her way into my cold brothers' heart." He laughed as Namjoon elbowed him, the sound a tad annoying but infectious none the less. You giggled a bit at him.

"Yoongi is waiting for you in the main hall. We will escort you there." You nodded and followed making sure to look back and wave to Sir Felix. He smiled and bowed as the doors shut behind you.

You followed the two princes silently through the halls until you came to an open area with a staircase that spiraled upwards, a large door a bit down the hall to your left. Yoongi stood in front of the staircase looking down at his shoes. He looked less formal than you had seen him. A white button up and black pants in place of the expensive and lavish suits you had seen him wear so far. At the sound of footsteps, he looked up and locked eyes with you immediately. He said nothing as you approached him with Namjoon and Jin behind you. His eyes looked down and back up to your face quickly before he spoke.

"Good morning, Y/N." Yoongi bowed to you.
"My father is waiting to meet you as well as the rest of my brothers." Your nerves kicked into high gear at the mention of meeting the king.
Namjoon and Jin led the way with you and Yoongi walking side by side. At the doors he stopped, grabbing your wrist to stop you with him. He nodded at Namjoon and Seokjin and they smiled and headed into the room. You watched as Yoongi stared at him holding your wrist before his hand slid down to yours.

"Are you nervous?" You scoffed a bit.
"Am I nervous? Sorry for being blunt but a few weeks ago I was a normal poor village girl and all of a sudden, I'm at a royal ball and dancing with a prince and then I'm being told that not only am I marrying said prince, but I'll be queen in the future and now I'm meeting the king. Yoongi I'm not nervous, I'm terrified." You sucked in a breath after your rant. Yoongi said nothing as he stared at. A small smirk adorned his face catching you off guard.

"That's the first time you have called me by my name without me telling you to."
You stood silent and Yoongi nodded his head.
"I liked it." You blushed wildly as he turned to face the door.
"Ready?" You could only nod your head still in shock as Yoongi opened the doors and escorted you inside.
